I have not dropped my phone at all and ot was in perfect condition before I put this case on it, just pulled the case and the back was completely smashed starting from where the power button is

Clip on the back of the phone case broke even without being used ever. The rest of the case seems to be holding up pretty good

The best one I have had till date. Came with a back cover, a front cover which has a transparent plastic sheet on it to save the screen from scratches, an additional front cover without the plastic screen......for use if one decides to place a toughened glass screen cover and a holster into which the phone along with the case can be secured. All in all, 4 separate pieces in the product I have bought some very good covers earlier but the problem was the finger print sensor under the screen never worked.... possibly due to my incorrect set up. This time around, the S22 fitted in like a glove very easily and the fingerprint sensor under the screen worked as if the additional plastic cover over it never existed. After fixing the phone, realised that I hadn't transferred the SIM and was worried that after reopening it, the fingerprint sensor would not work. However, much to my surprise...it still worked perfectly. The phone is very safe now as the back and front cover completely envelope the phone and the raised lips on the sides of the front cover will save the screen in the event of a fall. So happy with it but the problem is it doesn't have a name and won't know how to find it the next time ... show more

The case fit well, but ther is a list of problems: 1. The screen protector has some kind of sparkles effect that is very annoying. 2. The digit sensor works, but you can see the circle, and is a different material, has different clarity. 3. The iner shell with the screen protector pops out when putting the external shell. 4. The external shell has a cheap plastic look and feeling, I had another brand for 2 year and was kind of rubber well made feeling. PROS: 5. Works for now. The phone doesn't feel wobbling inside. 6. It hast a separate inner shell to be installed with a conventional glass screen protector. So, if point 1 and 2 get worse, then I can switch to a glass protector. Probably will happen immediately ... show more

In the past I've used the Supcase Beetle and loved it, so installing this case was no mystery. I had to buy a new phone, so I needed a sturdy case with a built-in screen protector because, as a rule, I am very hard on screen protectors. Supcase makes a case for the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra; however, without the built-in screen saver, so when my search led me to this case, there was no doubt that this was the case for me. It comes with two frames, one with built-in screen protector and one without, so you have a choice. I love that the seller messages you prior to shipping to confirm that you are buying the correct case for your phone. BRILLIANT!! Case arrived in a crunched box, the included screen protector is scratched, scuffed, and has hair and lint all over it. There is a weird sticky area on the protector that looks dumb as hell. It appears like it was supposed to be for an iPhone not Samsung as listed. The external case fits, but the included attached screen protector is definitely not for a Samsung nor new.
