Does not fit fully around 29.5 (size 7)ball . I could see it being beneficial for control if fit properly . Material not fitting all the way around may interfere with dribbling due to it not being a seamless style . I would recommend for possibly a smaller ball .description does say “fits most balls” . Price is great and quality of material is also great . Best for indoor court otherwise outdoor will tear material up . Description does say. It doesn’t cover the whole basketball… once put on the ball, there’s a large opening. Pictures only show the covered side. Material used is good, but you can recycle a Walmart bag to achieve the same training
