  • Perfect for filtering CTCSS/PL tones from line-level scanner audio
I have two Uniden police/fire scanners feeding audio recording software. The channels being recorded contain constant, low-frequency (< 200 Hz) control tones that are intended to be inaudible but are clearly audible as a hum when listening on a high-quality sound system. Inserting these filters in the line-level audio feed from the scanners perfectly suppressed those tones. ... show more

  • Exactly what i needed
I have some combo speakers (tweets and mids in one) in my truck powered by one amp, and a huge sub running the low end. The output from my head unit only came out as one RCA pair and i split it into the two amps. Problem was my mids were clipping due to the bass coming through that amp and ruining them. These cleaned the audio right up ahead of the amplifier so now i have the lows going straight to my subs (with a lowpass filter on the amp) and these things connected to the combo amp. Audio sounds FANTASTIC now! ... show more

  • great product
They worked great. Easy simple solution to take the bass out of speakers to eliminate distortion. No need for an amp with a crossover.

  • expensive but fantastic crossover
I am a principal level engineer at a fortune 500 so I am no stranger to electronics. I had an issue where the rca line out on my boat needed to be shared with a sub amp and a wakeboard tower speaker amp. The tower amp had no crossover and was flooding the tower speakers with bass. This was exactly what was needed. I was suprised how few companys make an rca inline passive crossover. This little baby works fantastic. Sure its expensive but is a no brainer install with a perfect crossover slope. Awesome awesome product!!!!! ... show more
