I'm going to caveat this review by saying I'm not an RC fanatic like some other people that have purchased this. And I mean fanatic in the nicest way possible. I recently bought a used F1 car to race with friends and all I needed was a radio and receiver. A friend of mine (who is a fanatic) suggested this radio to me since he had recently purchased one for his son. My friend is quite the RC connoisseur, so when he suggests an RC product, I pretty much buy it without asking questions. He was right on the money about this. First, it has a rechargeable battery which is great. No more lugging around AA batteries for the radio. This does make the radio very light which can make it feel "cheap". If this bothers you, you can tape a brick to the bottom of it to give it some heft. I don't mind the weight, I love it. It comes with a mini-USB cable for charging which is nice--I wish everything in the world was chargeable by USB cable because it means one less charger I don't have to worry about losing. I won't go into all the details of what can be adjusted with this thing, since other reviewers have done a pretty good job at done it--but it has all the usual stuff: dual rate adjustments, end points, anti-lock, trim, non-linear ramping, blah blah blah. Oh, and it came with a CD. I have no idea what was on it, I threw it away. And you can buy the receivers for 10 bucks, store them in the radio memory, and use them in all your RC cars/boats. I'll be buying some for my other cars so I can use this radio for all of them. Admittedly, this radio has a lot of features I will likely never use. I was in the market for a low-cost radio (and receiver) and this fit the bill nicely. I'm not a pro-driver (or even a really good one) to need a $400 radio, but a $50 radio that I can use to control multiple cars is easy to swallow. The radio feels good in my hand. It comes with a "small" and "large" grip that are interchangeable to fit your hand, but I honestly couldn't tell any difference between the two. The steering and throttle are nice, smooth, and precise. Well, "precise" is a relative term for me since I'm sure the car is going exactly where the radio is telling it to go--which may not be where I'd like it to go! Anyway, if you're looking for a low-cost radio with a lot of options, this will fit the bill nicely.

One of the best Radio Controls on the market. It's also very reliable. I have never lost the signals. I have five of FlySky FS-GT3C. It is a great improvement over FS-GT3C, FS-GT3C comes with it's own rechargeable Battery. This rechargeable Battery weights half of 8 AA Batteries. FS-GT3C also has revised control Bottoms, making it easier to program. It can hold up to 9 car profiles. With 3 channels instead of most radios using 2 channels. This makes adding accessories a lot easier. Binding to your receiver takes less than a minute. I can not find one thing I would not like abut SkyRC FS-GT3C. I highly recommend FS-GT3C for any car and truck.

After reading others reviews I thought it has to be better than the glitchy am radio I was useing. Holy cow this thing is super easy to use and set up and has worked flawlessly for me for several weeks. I also love that I can get replacement reciver module for under 1o$. The only thing I can even say was poorly made about this is the "chinglish" chinese/english worded instruct you how do work this areial broadcaster... Lol but if you can read above a third grade level you can figure what there trying to get across. I would totally buy this again though I think I won't have to . I forsee years of use.

Update Steering wheel spring breaks easily Broke three now Can’t get any replacement springs !!!!! No response from the manufacturer!!!!! Easy to fix too if you can get the spring !!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Nice controller works great I'm new to the advanced options and busy watching the kids race so I haven't got into the settings to much I could use a bit of information on how to set up braking because I don't think I'm doing it right There is not instructions in the box Maybe some on line? I did buy two And also another receiver still waiting for that it should bind with the controller Worth the money so far !!

The transmitter feels good in the hands, and looks great as well. I was expecting a light weight cheap feeling transmitter, but I was pleasantly surprised, as this feels like good quality plastic, and while it is quite a light transmitter it actually has enough weight to give it a decent feel. The LCD is difficult to read at any angle except the from the side. It is kind of awkward, but you don't really need to use it much after setting up each model. The wheel has a nice foam wheel, that tends to slide back against the body of the transmitter making it bind up a bit, not an issued if you're aware of it. As a bonus the transmitter bound to the stock receiver in my Blackout XTE. Also no instructions, and most laptops and PC's don't include CD roms, anymore, so the disk that was included didn't really help much, and mine was blank after I put it in my desktop to see if the instructions were on it. Overall great bang for the buck.

Great range, awesome product. It does take some time getting used to the functions and how to change everything. If you have one or you have many RC vehicles this controller can do them all as long as it has the same receiver. I have owned many remotes and this one feels very well made and the colors are sick. I use this manly for my RC boat, the range is great on this I have had no problems what so ever. Also has a fail safe if it gets out of range it will cut off not open the throttle. LCD is good in both low light and bright light. Also comes with more controller handle stocks.
