I absolutely love this. Its been keeping me warm this winter and it makes me feel fancy. My only complaint is the hood doesn't always sit where I want it to. Its overly large and goes over my head and unless my only interest is looking at the ground, its not great. I can make it sit where I want if I’m wearing a beanie underneath and take some effort doing some folding of the hood over it, but its easier to just keep it down unless its really windy/the weather is really bad. Its not super heavy, so carrying it is easy if you have to take it off, and the length was perfect - which was great as a person who's short and used to having everything be too long. The fabric is also not offensive to touch for wool, its smooth and the liner is nice and soft. Its easily washed in my washer and dryer with Woolite, so that's a huge plus too. ... show more

Honestly, my only complaint with this cloak is there is an irregularity in the wee in part of it. Which is probably just nitpicky. I have a lighter cause I knock off version from the TikTok shop, but this cloak is excellent. The weed being thicker has a nice weight to it, which is comforting and adds a little bit of more protection from the cold, and the lining is very nice. I will see if you’re planning to add extra waterproofing or anything the lightning might hinder you, but it should be fine. I also like that the hood is deep enough to have bigger hairstyles or perhaps be wearing a headpiece. And then the closure at the neck doesn’t sit too wide as well as having two sets of eye closures to help keep them more secure sit. Excellent garment! ... show more

Super disappointing. For those wondering, it's 90% polyester, 10% wool. Not even a nice feeling polyester either. The material rustles and 'squeaks' when it moves, and feels awful to the touch, almost like a cheap felt. It's thin and doesn't feel like it would keep me warm at all. Returned.

I absolutely love this cloak. I got it for renaissance festivals and it does the job splendidly. I am 5' 5" and it hangs just a couple inches off the ground. Unfortunately the button keeping the cloak closed is not sewn on very well and broke off within 1 hour. Without the button in place, there is no way to keep the cloak on and thus is just falls off almost immediately. ... show more
