This abaya/hijab combo garment is such a great innovation. The material is very lightweight, yet completely opaque. I held my hand behind one layer in front of a lamp and it didn’t shine through. So it’s excellent for maintaining modesty, while being very airy and light. The color is very pretty. I was worried it’d be an army green, but it’s a beautiful deep sage. I’m 5’1” and tried it barefoot. It was about 4” too long for my height, but I’m short! If someone is 5’6”, it would be perfect. I will hem this and can’t wait to wear it to the masjid for Jummah prayers. It’s very practical too. How to explain it— So it has the abaya (gown/dress part) with sort of a turtleneck ninja scarf to hide your neck and hair built in. Also built in is the hijab (scarf) that is sort of a hood. The long tassels are very pretty. It’s versatile too because you can wear this as is or pull the hood down across the shoulders with the ninja cap still in place, and wear a different headscarf for a new look. The stitching and workmanship are top notch. It’s a very comfortable garment to wear and the fabric is soft to the touch. While this is an Islamic garment, I could also see it used as loungewear for any woman. If I had to post one tiny complaint, it would be that the head hole is a little small, but once I had it on, it was comfortable. I do have a big noggin though, no no stars deducted for that. Don’t hesitate sisters, buy this!

This is SO convenient and comfortable. It also looks nicer than I thought it would. The double head covering is more flattering than just wearing one. It stays in place well and is great for upcoming Ramadan use. I will probably be getting this in the other colors too!

As described by my sister -- My brother ordered this abaya as a gift, and I’m honestly so happy with it. The fabric is very soft, skin-friendly, and lightweight, but still gives modest, full coverage. It feels breathable and comfortable enough to wear for long periods, whether I’m at home, at the mosque, or out running errands. The hat/hood design is my favorite part. It’s like a 2-in-1: there’s a built-in head covering underneath and then the hood goes over it. Together they look very cute and elegant, and it works well with my hijab style. The elastic cuffs are also a nice touch, keeping the sleeves in place while still looking stylish and practical for daily tasks. After washing, everything held its shape and softness. I’d definitely recommend this abaya for anyone wanting a modest, comfortable dress for prayer, travel, or casual wear. Pros: 1. Very soft, lightweight, breathable fabric 2. I recently purchased this Abaya and wanted to share my experience. For context, I am not Muslim, but I thought the dress was so pretty in the photos that I really wanted to try it out for myself! The Pros: Perfect Fit & Look: The sizing is spot on. It fits exactly how I hoped it would and it looks very elegant. Beautiful Drape: The dress flows very nicely when you walk, giving it that high-end, graceful look. Functional Features: It is actually water-resistant, which is a huge plus for travel or unpredictable weather. The matching hat is a very nice touch and completes the look perfectly. The Cons: Fabric Comfort: This was the only letdown for me. While the material is durable and water-resistant, it isn't as soft or comfortable against the skin as I was hoping for. It has a specific texture that feels more functional than cozy. Overall Verdict: Because of the fabric feel, I don’t think I’ll be wearing it as often as I initially planned. However, if you are looking for a versatile, well-fitting garment for prayer or travel that can stand up to the elements and look beautiful doing it, this is a great choice. It’s a lovely piece, just keep the fabric type in mind!

Very beautiful item. It is light weight, and so soft and comfortable. I ordered the largest size offered on the listing, (please see the photo), Large. What was received is a 3X. The inside tag says, "3" and the bag has a little sticker on it, showing "3"... It is way too big and cannot be used. If you are a large, maybe order a SMALL, and if you are a smaller size, hope you know how to do alterations... The item is very nice though, I really wish it were the correct size.

The media could not be loaded. For reference, I am 5'2, 119 pounds, 28 inch waist. This abaya is so beautiful and the fabric too; The fabric is thick and not see through... but not too thick that it is heavy or weights alot. The feel is comfortable to the skin. I am not Muslim, but as a Christian admire Muslim modesty, hence why I love this style of clothing. It has a graceful, covered look that still feels elegant and this one in particular makes you feel regal the moment you put it on. It's very very big on me, even the arms are too long unless i pull it up(see video and pictures). This can easily fit a 2X or 3X person. I may have to alter it because it is quite large and long on my height, but even with that, there is something about the comfort, the modesty, and the fabric that makes me love it. I think it can be styled to look better fitted. The cap fits my big head and hair with no issue, and the hood is a plus(i love hoods)- It is large and wide, and it adds some mysterious old-time look. There was a small rip in the underarm when it arrived, but it was not enough for me to deduct a star for me because i actually like the overall quality and feel. Besides, i can easily stitch it. Everything about it makes it worth keeping.
