  • Cycling gps mount
Style: Handlebar
Fits great on. Bike. It easy to put in handle bars and my gps goes on and off with ease. I have bumped it a few times and the sturdiness keeps it in place. Well worth the money

  • A nearly exact clone of the Garmin 010-10644-11 Varia Radar Seat Post Clamp
Style: Seat-Post
This no-name (IIISOGNO?) Varia Radar Seat Post Clamp is a nearly identical clone of the official Garmin part.. As you can see in my photos, there are very few differences that are immediately obvious, and I'll walk you through them: The tension ramps on the Iiisogno quarter-turn mount are offset, I've circled this in one of the photos. I don't know why they changed this. The Varia has indentations that index and lock with these tension ramps, and by having them off-center, it makes the Varia want to index slightly askew. The Varia is also not held as tight in this mount as it is in the official Garmin one. I'm not overly concerned that it will work free while riding, but that would be a critical flaw if it did. The Garmin metal hardware is non-magnetic. The Iiisogno hardware is mildly magnetic. I'm not sure if that is simply a low-grade stainless steel or if it's chromed carbon steel. EDIT: after a week of exposing the hardware to saltwater and hydrogen peroxide I'm happy to report there is absolutely no corrosion visible. While neither has a material label, both smell like Nylon when burned, and neither appears to have any glass filling when cut. Both use metal inserts for the female threads and while these parts are different, I see no reason to trust one more than the other. One interesting difference is that Iiisogno has decided to change which half of the clamp has the threaded insert. I believe this is an inconsequential difference as well, and I'm curious if I ever think about it again. The Garmin mount is made in and labeled Taiwan. The Iiisogno mount is made in the People's Republic of China. The Garmin mount has a finer texture on the plastic, and has no visible molding marks. The Iiisogno has a slightly rougher texture and while it has molding marks, they do an excellent job of hiding them. I think this is a distinction without a difference. Another review complains that this mount does not have shims for D-shaped seat posts. The Garmin doesn't either. Unfortunately, non-round seat posts are a moving target with no standard. I love the Garmin mount, greatly prefer it over the rubber-band mounts, and have never had a problem with it. I'm looking forward to seeing the durability of this knockoff. I will update this review as time goes on with any additional findings. ... show more

  • Just as good as the name brand
Style: Handlebar
Well made. Exactly as described. Installation is the same as name brand and easy to do. Holds my Garmin computer with no chance of it disconnecting. Good value for the cost. Recommend.

  • This is junk do not buy it!
Style: Handlebar
Simple closure relies on a simple principle: that the head of the bolt is wider enough than the hole for teh rest of the bolt that it DOESN'T IMMEDIATELY BREAK THROUGH and send your Garmin careening across a busy NYC street. Somehow I found all the pieces and tried again because IT CAN'T POSSIBLY BE THIS POORLY MADE but it didn't even hold through the tightening. This has one job: hold the Garmin, stay securely on the handlebars. THIS IS JUNK. Do NOT buy this JUNK. ... show more

  • Perfect fit and finish
Style: Handlebar
The “outfront” kit from the original manufacturer is very expensive and mounts in the center and curves left. My recumbent trike has limited space to mount accessories. This is small and curves to the right so it easily mounts to the mirror attachment. For my needs, it could not be better.

  • Works as advertised
Style: Handlebar
Seems to be well made, and it had the adapter I needed to fit my old 25.4mm mountain bike bars
