The system fitted perfectly but be aware that depending on the cylinders will have a drone sound around 1750 rpms.

    • Buyer’s remorse!!!!
First of all the system does not simply slide together. Don’t believe all the YouTube videos of the installation of this cat-back system. The different sections of pipe were not expanded to fit together and I measured it 3 1/2 to 3 1/2. I had to use a pipe expander to get it to 3 7/8. Once I got it all together upon cold start up it’s pretty loud but sounds good but it drones horribly cruising at 45 mph in seventh gear at above 60mph it’s not too bad. I am very unsatisfied with system build quality and the drone probably going to have to take it to a local muffler shop to get a resonator welded in to see if it will help the drone. I should have spent the extra money for the Magnaflow cat-back system. ... show more

    • Easy Install, one negative
The install of this exhaust was straightforward and simple. The sounds produced was great and I am very pleased with it. The only negative I have is the pinch bolt for the exhaust tip snapped well before it was pinched enough to stay on the exhaust. I ended up welding the tip in place.

Install end of February, install was quick and easy! My problem is the discoloration, and the black coating on the tip is burnt off. Loud aggressive sound was a bonus, drone at 1800 rpm is a little much.

    • tip clamp broke
exhaust sounds good, not to loud. the tip however showed up and had a big scratch on it. and upon instal the clamp built into the tip broke immediately. it didn't even come close to getting tight before it snapped. so i have to buy an extra clamp .

The media could not be loaded. I installed this system to quiet down my cold starts. My truck was straight piped when I purchased it. This depened the tone and sounds good but is barely quieter than my old setup. The quality of the components are great and install was easy. It does have a nice tone. It has made my truck louder... everywhere. Idle, cruising and it does drone a bit from 1600-1900rpm. Muffler delete had zero drone. This drones so I dropped it to 4 stars however it sounds better, it's deeper and more defined tone now. ... show more
