Dear BloomsyBox, We subscribed to your monthly flower delivery service through Amazon and yesterday was our first of six monthly flower deliveries to our Mom in California. Yesterday was Mom’s 91 birthday and she was delighted to receive your beautiful bouquet of roses on her special day, and she says “the roses are beautiful and smell wonderful”. Initially we had a little difficulty with the delivery to our Mom’s house, but as soon as BloomsyBox learned of the problem with the shipper, they were right on the problem and did everything they could to make sure Mom got her flowers ASAP, and we are very happy with the result. What a wonderfully fragrant bouquet of flowers! They were very beautiful and lasted almost 2 and a half weeks. Unfortunately, this was a very expensive single bouquet at almost $300. I never received anything else and trying to find a civilized human to speak with about it is impossible. The solution is always in the best interest of the seller. Buyer beware! ... show more
