This flower crown making kit was great! I used it for a birthday party for 8 children and there were plenty of materials for everyone to make a beautiful crown to their hearts content (with a good amount of left over. However, I did cut some more fabric ribbons to add to the mix). The kids loved this activity, it is something easy that can be done by most children with results that make them feel like they really made something beautiful. 100% recommend! I made these for my kids aged 7, 5, and 3. They all picked out the colors and flowers but weren’t able to complete the wreaths themselves, too delicate and fiddly. But the completed product is soo cute. I gave the remainders out to friends at a park and we spent about two hours absolutely agog with joy at this project. We made these for a fairy-themed event and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The crowns survived a day at a playground and then then event with only minimal adjustments needed. Lots of little wires but nothing was too sharp. The hardest thing to secure was the leaf borders but I didn’t even discover the green-tape till pretty late in production. ... show more

My 10 year old had a flower themed birthday party and we had this as our activity/ craft and all the girls took theirs home. Easy to use for a wide range of ages and super cute. Just wished it came with more ribbons, we ran out and the ones that come with it are not very long. Loved this item!

I was nervous that an item with a bulk supply of crafts would be flimsy or tiny. The items in this set were nicely made. My child did break a flower before adding it to her crown, but I think generally the product is well-made. We got all of the other items on her crown with no problems. The size of the flowers and overall bulk of her crown are perfect for a young child or adult. (I wore her crown and the decorations didn't look too small on me.)
