The media could not be loaded. Awesome exhaust for the money. Just as good as any exhaust system. Super easy installation as all you need is a sawzall w/6" metal blade, a file, channel locks and a socket set. Im no mechanic and it took me bout an hour. Now I will say instructions were pretty easy but I would file the inside and outside of the pipe after you cut the muffler off. It will make your instal alot easier, should slip right on and fit perfect. Not too loud either, has a nice deep subtle rumble. I've attached pics and video but I would also suggest a cold air intake, will make it sound even better as I've done mine!! ... show more

    • Fairly Easy Install. Sounds Great.
Was able to install this very easily. I installed without putting the truck up on jack stands so the only tough part was getting the correct angle with my sawzall under the truck. The exhaust sounds great!

This was definitely a cheaper route than going to a muffler shop. For what it’s worth it sounds ok but with it being so small and virtually having a straight shot it’s a lot quieter than I thought it would be. I’ve had an outlaw muffler on a ram, tundra and now Chevy. They’re all about the same volume. I would say quiet to moderate. If you’re looking for loud this is not your muffler. Very easy to install after cutting out the old one. Sounds awesome. Extremely happy with this purchase. Took me 30 min to install with help from 1 Friend. My neighbors are about to hate me but I love it!

You have to cut off the old muffler first (big large parts) then unclip the stands with W40. Took me about 30min to remove the old one then install took 10min straight ! Make sure to put the lock on flush on the new stand to avoid it to move much

The media could not be loaded. Love the sound from this muffler. Engine is the GM factory 5.3L (not tuned). Now it sounds more like a truck should.

Sounds good but will need to modify it a little if your Silverado is a single cab but do recommend for crew cabs
