I tried to avoid puddles and wet areas, so I can't speak too much on their waterproof capabilities, but I can speak to their attractiveness even after being on the streets of New York all day. These Chukkas are comfortable, nice looking, leather uppers. I've looked at a lot of shoes, for me it's the best. I don't like white soles on any men's shoes. Black, Dark Brown and Brown all the way.
