The first day I wore them they were super-stiff, which I expected. They look very sharp, and are well made. I am partial to slip-ons that look professional and don't flip off if you're in a hurry. The only reason I gave them four stars is, well frankly, they are exceedingly professional looking, and very sharp--they blow away Rockports and such, but they're simply just not as comfortable. ... show more

Took a long time to arrive. The shoe was longer than expected so it was the wrong size. Returned them and ordered a smaller size. They were ordered for a Sunday outing and were to be delivered on a Monday. Six days to arrive with prime shipping. Canceled the order!

Decent shoes. Im a flight attendant and on my feet all day. Ive had then about a month and they seem to hold up well. I get lots of compliments on them. I see lots of negative reviews, and not sure why. The shoes were a little tight at the top of my foot, but once broken in, they were fine. I ordered a 10.5 and they were about a half inch too long. Ill get a 10 next time. Better than anything I could find in the box stores. Almost as good as the Bostonian slip on oxfords I used to get that Bostonian no longer makes. ... show more

Got a new set of these nice quality mens dress loafers today in the ordered size and quantity via USPS parcel delivery. Not bad time on shipping etc., and wanted to talk more about the shoes themselves. I am a guy who wears suit and tie most days or at least dress attire - for work. I have owned a lot of shoes over the years and a great number of them have been dress shoes. The Florsheim brand has always stood for quality and distinct good looks - not the over the top trendy stuff that comes and goes. These shoes feel a bit tight (my normal shoe size is 10.5 D) upon first feel, and they are fairly tight across the top of foot in particular. Had to use a shoe horn to help slip them on in spite of them being 11 size. Did not feel particularly good although to be fair, they have not been broken in yet.. Nice stitchwork and attention to detail all over and they may turn out to be comfy over time. Overall, I think the Bostonian shoes I ordered in a nearly identical style, size and color seem to me to be much more comfortable at first glance. ... show more
