I am SHOCKED. I didn't expect that much from it, most dresses you find like this are a cheap, thin fabric. I immediately realized the fabric is much much nicer, its double lined on the inside. (Cant even see my black underwear under the white fabric.) And has actual corset boning in it. The zipper works great, straps are adjustable, and the lace-up corset is a very very nice touch. Its very comfortable. The dress I didn't know I needed lol My mind is blown. Very nice. Will get another in a different color FOR SURE. I'm in love

5’3”, size 12 in Old Navy pants (because we know sizes vary from brand to brand), 40DD, 182 lbs. Bought in a size XL. Oh my God is this dress gorgeous. I felt so pretty in it. It helps if you know your measurements. I definitely would not be able to size down because of my chest size. The corset has boning in it which helps to keep your figure. The strings in the back help to cinch in the waist. Material is stretchy and the shoulder straps are adjustable. My zipper got caught and it took me a couple of minutes to get it down which is the only reason for four stars. But it is a breathable snug fit. It even fits nicely when my stomach is bloated from eating haha! Get the dress!! The quality is good. I’ll be getting it in another solid color so it doesn’t look too formal.

But what do you expect for a 30-something dollar dress? If you're gonna make a purchase solely on the drawstring backing for that "cinched" waist look, size up. I ordered to my size and it fit as it should have. But I only got one use out of it because the fake "corset" drawstring back ripped at the sides through-out the night. Good thing I decided to wear a denim jacket since i had no idea that happened until returning to the hotel. Honestly a waste of money. The polyester material was so thin that trying to mend it was impossible as the sewing thread would tear through the frayed ends even after creating a new hem. The string on the chest area to draw in the front are extremely long. Not exaggerating. They were 1.5 feet long in length on both sides which is excessive in my opinion especially when its just to make a bow. Same with the drawstring in the back. I think they make it the same length for every size. The only positive thing that can be said on this dress is that the floral design is very pretty and it helped me be weary of ever buying this kind of dress again.

The media could not be loaded. I’m giving this dress 3 stars. While it fits great and it’s very pretty and girly - I'm 5'6" and 138 lbs, and the size 6 worked perfectly - and it's breathable for hot Texas summers, I don't think it's worth $50. The material is super cheap and thin, which is my main complaint. Despite this, the dress is versatile and I loved the black color. I received many compliments when wearing it. If the quality were better, I'd give it a higher rating. The black dress is not see through if you were wondering . Btw I thought it looked super cute when I tied the strings like a bathing suit to give it a different style .

Let me start by saying I did not have high hopes for this, even after reading reviews. I’m glad to be pleasantly surprised! We’ll start with the con to get it out of the way haha. The top is a little small. Yes you can tie it and it will help the girls to stay in, but if you’ve got a lot to work with, it’s 1) going to feel like you’re going to spill out and 2) you have to sacrifice lift so the straps don’t create tension and create a 4boob situation lol. Of course you can tape, I’m just not super skilled at figuring out how to tape without being able to see it. Other than that, it’s such a pretty flattering dress! I love that the straps are adjustable, the option to tie the front is great, and there is lace up in the back which SUPER snatches the waist. I have always had tummy issues and bloat is a huge thing I deal with and I felt so slim and flat and confident! There is a lining in the skirt to help make it not so see-through, and it is stitched to the top layer at the leg slit so you won’t get any weird separation. The bottom skirt is flowy and so pretty, but still a little sheer (I could see my black biker shorts through it) so nude undergarments are the way to go. Surprisingly, the top is not see-through at all!! No cakes or nippie covers when I tried on and I couldn’t see a thing! So that all to say, buy the dress. It’s a bit on the spendy side (compared to places like shein) but the quality is great! Make sure to take a look at the measurements though and order accordingly. Amazon suggested I get a Medium, but based on my personal measurements I knew I needed a Large, and it fits perfectly!

I ordered this dress to wear to a wedding this May in Texas. It looked light and airy, and I thought with a little shrug I would be comfortable inside or out. The evening before the wedding, we were informed the ceremony was taking place outside, at 4:30 in the afternoon, in a field with no shade. It was 101 degrees with 86% humidity, no clouds. I can attest that I was the only person who wasn't sweating bullets. This dress BREATHES. It does have two layers, but it didn't matter. I was fully comfortable. When we went indoors for the reception, it was chilly so I did have to put on a shrug. It didn't get hot while dancing, and it's the perfect length. The fit is great. It's very flattering. It gives the illusion of curves when I cinch the waist. This has zero stretch. It's not a stretchy fabric so if you're between sizes, either invest in some really good shapewear or go up a size and cinch in. My top half is a size two, my bottom half is a size four, so I got the size 2-4 and it fit like a dream.
