I first I was a little skeptical because they said that it was short and it is short, but if you were by your shorts or something that you don’t wanna show too much then that’s fine. Makes me feel very sexy and hide all the chunky parts that I don’t wanna be seen. I’m 160 pounds and 5 ‘1 and the large fit me perfectly. I am 5'2 and this is so ridiculously short that the slit hits the top of my hip. The material is ridiculously cheap (not worth the $40 I paid). Im not even sure it will last as a swimsuit cover up which is what Im going to downgrade this to in my wardrobe. Im definitely not wearing it to a party.

    • Runs Very Small, Especially for Curvy Frames

I really wanted to love this dress, but unfortunately the fit just didn’t work for my body type. I ordered both a small and a medium. I am true to size small, but will occasionally size up when reviews mention an item runs small. In this case, even the medium was too small, and I believe I would have needed to size up more than one size for it to fit, and at that point, I think it would have looked frumpy everywhere else. For reference, I am 5'1", 140 lbs, with a bigger butt and thighs. In the medium, the dress rode up significantly and was showing my crotch, making it unwearable for me. The length and cut just didn’t accommodate curves on a shorter frame. The style itself is really cute, which makes this extra disappointing. If you’re curvier on the bottom or shorter, I’d recommend sizing up significantly or skipping unless you’re comfortable with a very revealing fit. ... show more
