It’s always hard to know if a product or the customer support are truly 5 stars, but believe all the great reviews for this product. First, delivery was super fast and the packaging is excellent, with lots of great protection of all components. One of the great features of my 55 x 28 desk is that the table top is one solid piece, as opposed to other sellers where there are 2 or 3 pieces which I would find annoying over time. Assembly was pretty easy (I did it by myself), and it took me under an hour. The instructions are ok, but it’s not difficult to figure out how to put it together. The motor is pretty quiet and the table has a great range that suits different preferences, and also doesn’t get too wobbly when at its full height. The price was excellent, too, as I barely spent more than other desks that had 2 or 3 segments for the table top. ... show more

I must say I was a little worried when shooting for a standing motorized desk at this low price point, and I was pleasantly surprised. There is certainly a large price range of desks. This desk was relatively easy to assemble, though some of the screwing of the legs into the desk did not have predrilled holes, even though there were plenty of predrilled holes on the underside of the desk top. The basket that is included requires you to fold it yourself. I have been actively using the desk for about a month for a gaming rig. It has held up wonderfully, the PC stays on the floor and a monitor mount for 2 monitors ensures plenty of desk space. It is the perfect size for my application. The movement up and down of the desk may seem kind of slow, but does it really need to be lightning fast? The manual recommends an 18 minute rest after 2 minutes of operation. And I’m honestly never resllly moving up and down more than once an hour. Overall a really good desk for the price it is offered at. The ability to store 4 height preferences is great. Shipping and packing: It comes in 2 packages. Amazon provided the tracking number of the table top. Mine arrived together, but for my colleague it arrived separately - it depends on how fedex ships these parcels. It was shipped promptly from CA, but took 9 days to arrive at MA. Desktop is 33 lb, while the frame is 50lb. It was very well packaged and despite the scuffs and dings on the package everything inside was good. Assembling: It is quite heavy. While I was able to do this myself, it would be good to have help. Packages are also quite heavy. Instruction booklet was clear, but take your time to read and review carefully. It took about 2 hrs total to assemble. I suspect for the second table it would be just 20 min. Fasteners look good quality and allen wrench and spanners are provided. To attach the control box you will need to drill 2 holes, and and wish the holes for this was predrilled. You could probably use double sided tape to attach to the bottom of the table, since it is very light. The others holes for screws to attach with the frame and buttons are all predrilled. After assembly, I used sliders to move it easily over carpet. Looks: I ordered the white frame with maple top. Frame looks very sturdy. Frame is slightly off white and looks very elegant with table top. Table top seems to be of good quality with rounded edges and quite sturdy. Both top and bottom have a good quality veneer. The frame has leveling screws at all 4 corners. Performance: Table top moves up and down quite smoothly with very little sound. Memory button is quite useful to set positions. Lowest height shows 28", but is actually 29" to the top of table. This seems just fine for me. Upper height is at 49". That's too high for me and I've set it at 40". It holds two 24" monitors and a laptop and goes up and down with no problems. I've been using for a few days now, and its very good to be able to stand and work for part of the day. I'm more active and move around during that time. Over time I hope to be able to stand for longer hours. I really should have bought this years ago. ... show more

I love this desk! It was pretty easy to put together by myself. I didn’t think I’d be using the memory functions as much as I do, but it’s been really nice to just touch a button and have the desk go exactly where I want it to. I have a dual monitor mount clamped to the desktop as well as a legal size printer, my laptop with cooling pad, and still have plenty of room for my keyboard, mouse, and notebook.
