After reading all the reviews and the instructions, I would comment on a couple of things: First, IT COMES WITH PILOT HOLES on the underside of the table top for the side brackets and handset (the manufacturer must have read all the reviews complaining about there being none). (You do have to drill a couple pilot holes for positioning the control box and adjustable support beams.) After reading other reviews, I assembled it slightly different than the instructions. After completing step 1 (the support beam and brackets), I attached the adapter arm (step 4) and laid it all on the table top, aligned to the pilot holes, and screwed in four screws into the support brackets (one at each end) to make sure it was properly squared on the table top. (It was easier for me to maneuver the frame at this weight.) I then connected the lifting columns, secured the support brackets with remaining screws, added the feet, and followed the instructions remaining for step 5, and finished with step 6. Being a lefty, I attached the handset to the left underside and turned the control box around, since the cords seemed to fit a little better that way. I secured the cords with zip ties, rather than the included cable ties. It came very well packed with no damage (one screw was missing though). GREAT quality desk, took about an hour to assemble, no swearing involved!

This desk is very pretty and sleek! I love how minimalist it looks. It was delivered in two separate boxes, one for the tabletop and one for the frame. It is VERY heavy, so I fully recommend having someone help you bring it in and assemble it. Assembly of the frame is very easy, and the instructions are decently written. The parts were packaged well and securely, however I will say that my tabletop came with a significant hairline fracture on the underside (thankfully not the top) -- it doesn't look pretty BUT since the table is so incredibly sturdy and thick, I don't think it will ever pose a problem (see picture). I love that you can program 3 preset heights, and the movement is super smooth. I'd never had a standing desk before but having this one makes me realize why they're so popular!

It's whisper quiet. Very smooth operation! The desk top does not have a seam down the middle like most of the others do. What I like best is that even though the lowest height on a standard height adjustable desk is 28 inches, this goes down to 24.5 inches! I am 5 feet tall and most desks start to high for me. I had to search high an low (pun intended :-)) for an ergonomically correct desk. I not only found one, but one with excellent quality. Super happy about my purchase.

Best purchase ever. Not only am I obsessed with my desk but also had an amazing experience with the customer service. They are extremely helpful & respond very quickly. The desk is super sturdy even when it is raised. It raises and lowers fairly quickly. It was the only desk I could find that lowered as short (24 inches) as I needed it to for my height (5’1). I love the look of it as well.

For the price I expected better finish on the desktop. My other bamboo standing desk, that my wife now uses, was $150 cheaper than this one. This is the one I will be comparing it to. It had a much nicer finish to the desk top section. I bought this because of how low it goes. It is replacing another sanding desk. Range height is great. Raising it is smooth and sturdy. My desk has the curve in it. Assembly isn't to bad, just get it as square as possible at the start. However, I had to do a little drilling since the center rail bracket holes, didn't have any holes. Also had to drill holes for the power pack. The instructions do not tell you to drill holes, but I wouldn't put a screw in wood without drilling a pilot hole. What I really don't like is the beveled edge of the desk is sharper than is should be in some areas. Very inconsistent edge around the table top. I'm going to have to take some high grit sandpaper to knock the edge off. Bad thing is that it's right in the curve where I sit. Hoping I can take the edge off without damaging the overall finish. Next is the cable management holes. Those are even sharper edge with no bevel at all. I didn't realize this desk didn't come with covers for those holes. Guess I'll need to buy them. My cheaper desk came with covers. Again for the price, they couldn't toss them in. Next thing I don't like is that table top finish, very grainy feeling. The coating on it isn't enough to make it feel flat/smooth. My cheaper desk, also has bamboo top but has a nice smooth finish. This doesn't impact functionality of desk or even writing on paper. It's just not a nice finish, kind of makes if feel gritty/dirty. I might get a desk mat. Just expected better finishes for the price, given my past experiences.

Can't imagine it any better. I was worried about assembly and that only took about 15 minutes. Only thing I needed beyond what came with it was a philips screwdriver. All parts were easily identifiable and the steps were clear. Desk is very sturdy. I have heavy monitor on it on an arm, and there is absolutely no wobbling. Motors are smooth & quiet. Looks just as nice as a much more expensive product.
