Very heavy duty desk. Strong steel construction and easy to put together. The BAD: Terrible shipping. This is a heavy item and comes in two boxes. The shipping boxes are not good enough to support the weight of the items for shipping. The box containing the desktop came damaged in numerous places. One corner had been completely ripped off at some point and then taped back on with the supporting packing materials missing with some damage to the top.     • High quality desk, instructions are slightly off

The desk is fine, but the instructions led me down the wrong path. Maybe I'm an idiot, but the sequence of instructions leads you to set the distance between the two legs *before* you attach them to the desk. This means that getting them to line up with the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the desk would be near to impossible. I had to attach the underside brackets, and carefully attach the legs to the desk on the floor, which was not the order that the instructions had. The middle bracing bar also had a "max" label on it that was actually too wide for the desk top. I highly advise anybody purchasing to read through the instructions first, all the way to the end. Luckily it's pretty easy to put together and take apart if you make a mistake. Except the entire thing is fracking heavy. You may want another hand putting this together. ... show more

    • A series of unfortunate events and poor customer service

This review helps you evaluate your risk regarding the purchase. 1. two days after placed the order at full price, I found out there were 40 dollars coupon showed up. I left a message to the seller, asking for a refund for the price difference. NO RESPONSE. Good, already lost 40 dollars before receiving the package. 2. I received the package. One cockroach with the size of my thumb(I'm 5'1) ran out of the package. I was shocked. I captured it and lived in horror for days. My apartment never had any roaches. I think you don't want roaches from outside world either, even if you already have a local roach community. I suspect it's not a good idea to cross breed. It makes them stronger. 3. I took great effort and finally put the pieces together, only to find out the key component that holds the two legs together could not work. I found another review mentioning this, too. Basically the rod that connects the two legs is : a) not long enough; b) the end of it is not hexagonal, so cannot fit into the hexagonal hole on the other leg. Please learn from my mistake and check this critical part first. The other review said that he contacted the seller and show them the photo, so the seller sent replacement parts. So I guess this is fixable. But I am already angry about the price difference, the dead silence and the cockroach, so I decided to return it. 4. I took great effort to finally put everything back into the 50lbs. package and took it to UPS. Several days later, I asked the seller when I can receive the refund. Because most of the times the refund is issued right after the return is received by a local handler. NO RESPONSE. 5. I waited anxiously trying to figure out what I can do if I just completely lost over 260 dollars. About FOUR days AFTER the seller had RECEIVED my package, still nothing. I left a new message to the seller saying you should have received my package, when can I receive my refund. Finally they got back to me and said they issued my refund. I am still angry about this whole thing. The trouble and horror I went through, the time I wasted just to get back to the status before I placed the order. This is literally the worst shopping experience I've ever had. That's why I take the time to write this message. ... show more

This has been so nice to use while working from home. I love the flexibility to sit or stand without having to move my whole work station from a table to the counter. This was surprisingly easy to put together. I thought since it was electronic that it might be complicated but honestly it wasn’t at all. The directions were clear and as far as the motor you really just attach one rod and plug it in and it starts working! Was not hard at all. It’s sleek enough that it doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb in my room, because I’m using an extra nook space in the bedroom vs an office so I like that about it. Would be easy to take back apart if you needed to store it or something. This thing is heavy. It’s not flimsy at all I do not feel that this is going to tip. I lean on it sometimes and I do not feel it wobble or anything! ... show more

I ordered this product. It arrived in two separate packages as indicated in the product description. Unfortunately, there are several problems with holes not being threaded. One of the holes to attach the cross bar to the left leg was not threaded and I did not realize it until the bolt head was stripped. One of the holes to attach the table support to the right leg was not threaded and there is no way to attach this part, therefore, no way to attach the desk top. This was as far as I got before I gave up on assembly. Will wait to see if the seller responds and makes this right. Very disappointing after reading a majority of positive reviews! UPDATE! Contacted seller and submitted pictures proving the defects. After the seller received and reviewed the pictures I was sent replacement legs for the desk. Assembled the desk and it works great. I am 6'-3" and do not raise the top quite all the way to use it standing up. I love the versatility of being able to go from sitting to standing. I received it very fast and I like the table. I should say the installation guide is not clear and so it took lots of effort to find which items goes where! There is no mark on the items to show which one is front and which one is for the back! so basically you need to figure out yourself. Also one of the built-in bolts was missing on mine. I still installed it without it and contacted the seller about the missing one. Waiting for respond... ... show more
