I run a truck with a full set of Flex Stack boxes and cases. This is the only box with an issue. I work in the Southwest where official temps during the day can go over 115F. Under the camper shell temps can reach + 130F. The bottom of this cabinet deforms at high ambient temperatures which doesn't allow the door to latch. I made a simple modification to resolve the issue and sent pictures to the Flex Factory. A small adjustment to their design will eliminate the warping. You will notice this issue under normal conditions should you place a heavy item in the cabinet. It will flex - down and the door pops open. Not their best box... ... show more
