Definitely worth the money! Having multiple size flange inserts that worth with both my Medela and Lansinoh pumps is wonderful. Being able to pump without the overwhelming amount of pain from the incorrect flange sizes has been such a relief. Using the sizing guide to measure and having the correct flange inserts in the kit along with the sponge thing to clean them has made my life so much more comfortable, as well as easier. I’m not struggling as much to empty completely anymore. I gave some of the smaller sizes I didn’t need to a few moms in the NICU that were going through the same thing after they measured themselves. I had originally planned to donate the sizing guide and leftover flanges to the lactation nurses to help them better measure other moms in the NICU however they couldn’t take them. ... show more

I bought this Nursi Luna flange sizing kit for my daughter because she was having trouble finding the right fit with her 24mm pump flanges, and this set has made a noticeable difference for her. The kit includes multiple insert sizes and a measuring tool, which made it easy for her to figure out what she actually needed. Having all the sizes right in the box meant she didn’t have to guess or place extra orders — she could try each one and immediately see what felt most comfortable. The soft silicone material is gentle and flexible, which she prefers over the firmer plastic flanges that came with her pump. Once she found her correct size, pumping became much more comfortable, and she noticed better milk output. If you’re on the fence about ordering this, definitely do it! It fits perfectly into my medela hand pump, the flange inserts into the flange that it already came with it. The first picture shows what I’m explaining. My hand pump came with a size 24mm and I’m a 19mm so definitely a huge difference. It actually doesn’t hurt when I pump now and I get more milk too. These saved me once I finally got them. I was pumping with the regular hard plastic flange with no inserts and these really do help especially because you really do have to pump over and over and over especially if your baby is like mine and doesn’t like the breast for whatever reason😭 would not recommend pumping without these if your pump is not already your size!! ... show more
