It keeps snacks contained really well while still making it easy for my toddler to reach in and grab. We’ve used it for puffs, smoothie melts, and even cut-up salami and cheese. It doesn’t spill when tipped over, even with smaller snacks inside. It’s also super easy to clean—I just throw it in the dishwasher! We’ve tried other brands where my toddler quickly figured out how to pull the lid off, but has not been able to get this one off. After several weeks of consistent use, the lid is still very tight and the cup has held up really well. No, technically you don’t need them to survive but they are the perfect snack containers. No more spilled snacks but it’s still super convenient for my toddler’s hands! They wash so easy in the dishwasher. My only complaint is they don’t nest (hard to accomplish that when there are toddler-friendly handles) so they take up a lot of space in my cabinet but it’s so worth it. The lid keeps snacks in without making it hard to retrieve them. Don’t expect this to keep snacks fresh as it is not air tight. These snack catcher cups have been a total life saver! My 1-year-old loves flipping things upside down and usually spills food everywhere but not with this cup. It keeps the snacks safely inside, even when shaken, dropped, or carried around upside down. It’s BPA-free and top-rack dishwasher safe (also easy to hand wash), which is a big plus for busy parents. The lid is sturdy and well-designed, making it super toddler-friendly. The clear design lets my baby see what’s inside, which keeps him interested and excited to snack. My toddler is still learning how to self-feed, and this has been super helpful during that stage. It’s also very travel-friendly. I’ve taken it in the car, to restaurants, and on walks. These are great if you don’t have super aggressive kids. The reason I say that is the spill is pretty minimal if it falls over or gets thrown. But when my 18 month old goes to put his hand in and grab snacks, if he has a fist full, his hand typically gets stuck and then he aggressively yanks it out which then pops the lid off.
