Kånken was created in 1978 to help prevent back problems among the children of Swedish schools and, since then, has become one of the most appreciated products of Fjällräven. The mini version is suitable for both small children and adult adults looking for a small backpack. It is perfect for transporting a change of clothes for kindergarten or food during an exit and as an intelligent bag for every day for books, bottles of water, fruit and more. The shoulder straps are long and adjustable and adapt to small and large backs. They can be fixed with a buckle so that they are not hindered when they are closer. The material is a resistant and light vinylon F fabric, capable of resisting dirty and humidity. The main compartment has a large opening with a zipper, which makes it easy to store and unimallet. Two flat side pockets and a zip pocket on the front. The PE foam seat cushion included is placed in the internal rear pocket and also prevents the content of the main compartment from hitting the back. Handles at the top and slender adjustable straps. The logo on the front is reflective. He also has a label with the address inside the main compartment.

Just received it yesterday and as u can see I’ve already attacked this bag with pins and keychains. By all of the tags and the logo in the front it all looks authentic. Came with all the same tags the others I’ve gotten in the past from the kanken site so it looks to be legit. If you have one of these bags in the graphite color this super gray color looks very similar, I have the sling in the graphite and the graphite is just a bit more on the bluish side. I have a few of these bags and I highly recommend them, be mindful that if your on the tall side or if you’re on the thicker or heavy side the straps may be too short, go with the original size instead. If you’re 5’4” and under and/or on the thinner side and thinking about getting this bag go for it! Great quality bags especially if you have little ones, they can use them too. And they always fit the essentials I need for them, the mini size holds a lot! I can carry pull ups for my son, wipes, makeup bag, wallet ice breakers gum (which is a big container), mints, my ray bans, keys, hand sanitizer spray, bottle for my son, small toy for my daughter, and several other things in the main compartment alone with a little room to spare and I have several small items in the front pocket. purchased exclusively for disneyland since i go 1-3x per year. perfect size, can fit a surprising amount - i shoved an entire padded denim jacket in here and still had room for the group’s wallets, huge key ring, tide stick, full size bottle of sunscreen, and more. fit into some of the bag containers on rides but not all. docked 1 star because like all kankens, it gets dirty so so fast and it really stains. very hard to clean once it’s dirty, i scrubbed with a toothbrush and dawn soap, baking soda, even tried oxyclean, and the dirt really refused to come out. also the straps can be a bit uncomfortable, i wish there was more padding. overall classic kanken quality, well made, sturdy fabric, very happy with my purchase and hoping to embrace the natural wear and tear. ... show more

My seller was Chica Major and i would totally recommend them (specially with the good deals they've got), the bag seems authentic and I compared it with my other standard size kanken that i bought at Journeys 4 years ago and all the details are identical (stiff and good quality fabric -vinylon-, zippers, etc.), the only things that arent simillar are the dots that appear in the A's of the logo, but that is something that doesn't bother me since Fjallraven themselves change frequently. About the product itself, the size is ideal, and fits everything i need for college: In the main compartment: 24 oz hydroflask, 3 a5 notebooks/binders, phone, wallet and wet wipes Side compartments: in one -tiny alcohol spray and sunstick- and in the other side -my pen, hightlighter and a pencil Front pocket: lip balm, lip tint, oil paper sheets, rare beauty blush, travel perfume spray and a 2 color eyeshadow palette About the color i love it, even if it gets dirty pretty easily. If in the future i buy a laptop version of the kanken, id choose/recommend other colors such as vibrant colors, or muted like greyish color (my fog one doesnt get that easily dirty) or even brown/sand/clay. About the straps, im a tall person of 170 cm height and the bag gets till my lower back, so i dont think the straps are so short as some people declare. ... show more

This is the perfect little backpack for daily use. I love how the zippers come all the way down on both sides so you can access everything you pack. I have so many essentials in this bag and always have what my family needs because of its functionality. It's super durable and will last a lifetime from what I can tell.
