I was expecting these to be quite a bit heavier than they are. Also, I can't tell what material they are made out of. The size is perfect and the metal shelf brackets are well made. I haven't put them up yet, but I think the look is nice.

These are very lightweight soundproof planks for building a bookshelf like we plan to do for in our bedroom but they would also look good in an office or den.They also are less likely to rot or decay. (Google)

These are very easy to put together and perfect for holding all of our old game cartridges that no longer have cases. I didn't use the included wall anchors since we're not putting anything heavy on them and surprisingly, they are super sturdy. It would take genuine effort to get these off of the walls. I have this really absurd cabinet in my kitchen that had no shelves, but wasnโ€™t big enough for a mop or broom or much else really. I needed some way to fairly organize my cleaning products instead of just having them thrown in there. These shelves worked great. Nice shelving, easy to install. I like how you can reverse the hangers, and they will provide a book stop at each end. I received the 8 pack so there are a lot of options for staggered layouts. We have a cat that likes high places so I may arrange some like a step system for her. The wood is lightweight so I would recommend pre-drilling the shelves for the brackets.
