I had to be really careful to put the metal brackets exactly where the instructions said to put them. But other than the precise measuring required, these shelves are really great. They are ultra light weight, easy to screw into and wide enough to put a water pitcher on. These shelves are a great value and a great space saver. They were a bit in the expensive side but they gave everything you would need to install the shelves, and as you can see I put some board games on them most of which aren't very heavy but some of them are and their held up pretty good. They were really easy to install (a bit hard to get the mounts on them perfectly unless you have a ruler or a square) the screwdriver it came with was kinda flimsy and it came with a really cute tiny level but it would've worked. (I just used a drill and a bigger level) I'd say they are a 8/10 only reason for knocking 2 points is being kinda expensive for what you get. I will be buying them again when I buy more board games. TL;DR pretty good shelves I'd rate it 8/10 and will be buying them once or twice more. ... show more

I knew these would be small as I read the description. I figured that I would put two together and make a bigger shelf, however they are not deep enough to gold anything substantial. For the money they are a good buy and I will be keeping them. Some of the boards are warped so they don't look straight but I like that you can screw the brackets to the boards for extra durability! ... show more
