I've become a big fan of paulownia wood floating shelves around our house and these particular shelves are perfect for use in our bathrooms for both utility and decorative needs. The shelves come already built with the only assembly involving the insertion of the metal rails into their holes at the front after you've mounted them to the wall. The set includes sturdy drywall anchors and screws as well as a small bubble level to help with alignment. While they are designed to go together in pairs for even longer shelves, there are some slight variations between the different sections that can show up, so you have to check them out to see which pair up best if you decide to go that route. My wife loved these so much that we ended up using 2 full sets in both of our bathrooms with most of the shelves going to work in hers to organize all kinds of things while mine were meant from the beginning to be purely decorative. They can definitely tolerate the rated 20 lbs of weight on each as they take heavy cream bottles and other similar-type liquid containers with no problem. The shelves mount to the wall with a pair of screws through pre-drilled holes and, since these are paulownia, you do want to be careful not to overtighten the screws into the anchors for the best support results. The black-on-black is a great combination and goes perfectly with the rest of the items we have in both bathrooms, making them a win-win for both practicality and style.

These are nice but not the colors I wanted for my bathroom. Also the bar that fits on them limited what I can put on them a lot, can’t fit a tissue box without really pushing it. I like them better upside down without the bar. The quality is good for the price.

Got these shelves to use in my newly remodeled restrooms. Used 2 in one restroom and the other two in another one. Setup was pretty straight forward with the included hardware and the way they look is great. I don’t think they would be able to hold heavy items as it felt like they’d come apart. Not sure but it seems like they’re just glued to where the screw holes are instead of being nailed/screwed together. You can fit about 3 rolls of toilet paper or 6 if you give it enough space above. I think I left 7 inches in between the two and was happy with the way they looked. So far I’m happy with them and added a nice look to my somewhat empty bathrooms.

These shelves are beautiful. They're great for a bathroom or a corner nook. I used them to hold plants and pictures. The quality is great! However, I do recommend that you use a stud finder and a leveler. I had difficulty with install in my attempt to put them up without one. Overall, I am super happy with them! I would order them again for sure!

Hi! I got these for my office. It is a strange feeling wood but very solid and light weight. The stain and varnish finishes are very nice looking. I opted for the version that has the blacked out front bar that gives it a rustic look. They are simple to hang as the holes are pre drilled. Not much to the install of the metal front pieces as they simply push down into existing holes for them. A bit snug but it’s better than having them flop around. They will hold family photo frames easily. The reason I mentioned a strange feeling wood as I’ve never heard of Paulowania wood before. It almost feels like a rigid heavy styrofoam but stronger of course. Cool product. They provided wall anchors. I tend to lean towards the screw in ones as they are stronger assuming you can’t find a stud behind the wall. I hope this helps.

I love these shelves! Although they're very lightweight and may feel a little cheap, they look very nice when they're on the wall. They were very easy to hang up and put together, all you had to do was place the metal rail into the holes and that was it! They definitely can't hold too much weight, so be aware of that. but everything else about them was amazing!

The shelves are cute and is exactly as described. The shelves however, is not real wood, but with the price that was to be expected. They are made and of light faux wood so I would put anything heavy on them. They were easy to hang and came with all the hardware needed to hang them.
