I love this spiral notebook! Five Star has always been my tried and trusted brand when it comes to notebooks. The notebook has plenty of paper, the wire binding doesn’t break or become disfigured, and the cover is just beautiful! My only complaint is that I’m not super fond of the bullet point arrows on the left side, but I like the notebook so much that I just ignore that. Additionally, the paper is somewhat thin and, depending on which pen I use, it sometimes bleeds through. This is expected of most notebooks, so it's not a huge deal. Paper is smooth and of medium thickness. Highlighter bleeds through a little, but that's pretty standard for notebook paper. Front cover is plastic so it doesn't rip or tear.

I did not realize the newer versions of these notebooks have triangles at the start of every line, and the page holes are also an odd shape. These used to be my favorite notebooks for 15+ years since I was in school but I will no longer be purchasing. Paper is still high quality and cover is cute and durable.
