I love these lifting shoes so much that I bought them in another color! They fit comfortably, are very flat, and weigh close to nothing. It almost feels like I am barefoot, and I love that about these shoes. There is not much support, so you can put some insoles in if you need more. The quality is excellent. I’ve worn them for months, and they’re holding up great! The bottoms of the shoes have a good amount of traction and grip, so I haven’t had any issues sliding around, regardless of the type of flooring. These are great for travel too because of how flat they can become, taking up minimal space in a suitcase or bag. They are also super flexible, allowing for articulating the feet; I can point my toes well in them.

Ok I wasn’t sure what to expect but I know I wasn’t expecting to want to order more colors! I needed these for lifting in the gym for good balance on my foot. Well this gives me that but the comfort is fabulous! Super light weight. The shoe quality is great. I did order a size up just to make sure they fit and that is the right thing to do. 1-2 sizes up from normal. No -slip. I really like these and will be ordering a few more. Hope this helps

I got these because I do deliveries and spend a lot of time driving and going in and out of pick up and drop off locations which can involve climbing 2 - 3 flights of stairs. These shoes, which are designed for gym, are perfect. They are comfortable flexible for driving and short walks. I would not want to wear these for long walks as I don't think they would be comfortable and this is not their intended use. They are designed for gym use and they are great for this. Great deal for $.

I don't think these were actually made for human feet. I ordered my normal size, and these were both way too long meaning my feet slid around, and way too narrow making my pinky toes hurt after wearing for 20 minutes. They're cheap, and it's obvious why

Got these for a kettle bell class. They work great. They don't have any arch support and feel like a water shoe. Weight lifting shoes aren't supposed to have support so they are built as they are intended to be. I would not wear them for anything but class since the lack of support would make my feet hurt. They are dirt magnets. I only wore them at the gym and they look like I rolled them in the mud after only a couple weeks. They were not expensive so I can't complain to much about it. Again they do what they are designed for but if you want to make a fashion statement you might want something different.

I was looking for a light pair of shoes to do my calisthenic, Kettle bell workout and boxing workout. I was really surprised that these shoes exceeded my expectation. Very comfortable, flexible and i can feel the ground below me. I may buy another pair in white.
