That little thingie that holds the thong in place on the bottom of the sole popped off on my Havianas and I suddenly found myself in need of a new pair of flip flops. This time, I decided that I wanted a "grown up" pair with actual arch support! lol I went searching the internet for the BEST flip flop with that something extra and after reading the reviews for several similar brands, I went with FitFlop because they had the look I wanted (minimalist) and the arch I needed. People - these are flip flops....what can you really expect? My only gripe with these is that they are somewhat firm, but that may be by design in order to provide the support claimed. Was looking for something similar to a pair of crox I had. They stopped selling the style and went with a boxier flop which was gross. I prefer a narrower fit and these are perfect in that regard. Unlike crox, they have a smooth surface which I found disappointing. I like the massage-y feeling. Anyhoo- overall. These are fine. Will do for the price.
