I bought this product from Amazon back in January and the battery died this month. Fitbit would not honor the warranty because they said we bought it from Amazon. I really like the watch so I bought another one, with a warranty from Amazon.

    • Very good product.
My Fitbit versa 2 is a refurbished unit. The packaging was fairly decent. It came with the watch, an additional watch band with the charger, and was in almost pristine condition. After a good charge the setup was easy through the app. It has worked very well since I have received the watch.

Watched YouTube and help thru Fitbit but still not right. I’ll try a little longer before returning, battery not golfing charge, broke fingernails changing bands. Did not realize it was refurbished- thought new

I received the watch in good time and was very happy with the 3/4 of a day that it worked. Unfortunately, the charger I was sent didn't allow the watch to fit in it securely. Amazon instructed me to reach out to Fitbit and now Fitbit is telling me that the watch is out of warranty according to their records and that I have to go back to Amazon. Another option is to buy another charger that will fit but I purchased a product and expect everything to be functional so don't feel I should be on the hook to but the correct charger.
