  • Works well.
Color: Graphite/Black
My previous FitBit was the original Charge HR, which had battery issues from the start. It was advertised as having a battery that would last a week, vut it never lasted much more than a single day, which then required more than an 8 hour charge. Unfortunately, that seemed to be everyones experience. I should have paid less attention to the overall satisfaction of users, and more attention to what they had to say about battery life. And when it failed several years ago, it was, unsurprisingly, a battery issue (it was lasting less than a day). And it persisted even after I replaced it. So I just put it in a drawer, several years ago. So before buying the Charge 5, I checked out all the reviews, and how long the Charge 5 holds a charge did not seem to be an issue at all. And the battery does indeed seem to last for a week! I haven't actually checked how long it actually lasts, but it is at least 5 days, possibly longer! My only issue is calling up the clock. The original Charge HR only required a quick turn of the wrist, and it turned on the display. The 5 has required tapping on the screen. Right now it requires 2 taps on the screen. It was originally one tap. I assumed that it is capable of responding to a turn of the wrist, so I changed it from 'Automatic' to 'Manual', and now I have to tap it twice. Not a big issue at all. Quite possibly it CAN turn on the day from a turn of the wrist, and I just haven't done my due diligence researching it. But so far, I am quite happy with it. ... show more

  • Fraudulent company
Color: Graphite/Black
I noticed my wife had an annual plan on the fitbit. I cancelled it and then noticed there was also a monthly plan. After investigation I found that there was an annual plan purchased on the fitbit site and ALSO on Google Play for the same account. This had been there for years. I called Fitbit several times. They refused to refund for the duplicate account. Originally they told me to contact Google to get the money back. I aksed how Google was supposed to know about the duplicate accounts. They never had an answer for that. I then said how about you refund the annual plan instead since they could see both. Then they got defensive and demanded I prove that both payments were for the same account. They can see that on their side. I will NEVER buy a fitbit again (and my whole family has them). Fraudulent company that would prefer to steal from customer than treat them well. BTW, there is no reason to pay for the premium app anyway as it adds almost no functionality. It is not required. ... show more

  • Awesome watch
Color: Graphite/Black
This is my first fitbit, and it was worth it. I've only had it a couple hours and I already love it. Customizable clock with tons of different apps and goals for the day. The only problem I had was my BPM kept reading numbers that would signal I'm having a heart attack like 124 and 138. Other than that I love it. I'm really looking forward to losing weight!! But the main reason I purchased was to tell the time during school. I also have a track meet coming up soon on Friday so this will be great to track my steps with! I'm looking forward to possibly upgrading to a Versa 4 in the future! I recommend purchasing. ... show more

  • Do not get the Charge 6!
Color: Graphite/Black
I had the 5 and "upgraded" to the 6. I returned the 6 and ordered a new 5 (gave my wife the old one and she wasn't giving it back). The 6 didn't broadcast HR the way I thought, if at all. The device had a glitch and I walked 1,000,000 steps in one day. Wasn't even tired. Lastly, the clasp wouldn't hold any band but Fitbit. So a long-winded way to say DON'T BUY THE 6! STAY WITH THE 5! ... show more

  • Don’t buy a Fitbit.
Color: Graphite/Black
This is my third Fitbit and I will never purchase another. My original Charge 2 still works but you couldn’t see the watch face outside. The luxe worked great for about 14 months. Then wouldn’t charge. I made the mistake of buying a refurbished Charge 5. Lasted one week. Returned. Received another that lasted 35 days. Too late to return on Amazon as they have a 30 day return policy. Would never buy again. Not worth it. Guess I’ll wear one of my regular watches where the battery lasts for years, and then you can just replace battery. Poor quality control. ... show more

  • Works perfectly
Color: Graphite/Black
plus I can wear it comfortably, the band is soft, no need to replace it. Also plenty small enough for my wrist (smallest band is what I use). It was just a little tricky to learn how to navigate, but really does the job. I'm 71, eyes aren't the best, but I can see the display fine! The phone app is just ok, but I just take note of what my watch says, I don't need an ongoing, every day record. Hardest thing for me is to remember to "pause" then press "done" (smiling embarrassingly) ... show more

  • Product and service has deteriorated
Color: Graphite/Black
This is my fourth Fitbit, and I have been a huge fan until now. I purchased it in October, and the initial setup was fine. There were many new features, but I mainly use them to track steps and monitor sleep. The sleep monitoring has never been great (there are times I am wide awake for periods, and it thinks I'm sleeping), but the steps have been great. It stopped tracking steps in November, and I had no sleep data. I spent hours trying to correct it, including a chat with Fitbit. The rep could not help me but asked for a five-star rating. Again this morning, it tracked steps for 2 hours and then stopped. I've tried to reset it several times and disconnected it from my phone. I can't reconnect, but it's now tracking steps on the device overall (but not by hour). I've turned the phone and Bluetooth on and off and will chat with Fitbit when I have time (I've wasted several hours again today) but I don't expect much. I think it's time for a non-Fitbit device. ... show more

  • Great product
Color: Graphite/Black
I love this device. I switched from the versa 2 to this so I'm comparing it to versa 2. The battery has a 4-5 day charge with a lot more and better features. If anything goes wrong with my charge 5, I'll be replacing it with another from here
