I have owned a fit charge 3 and loved it. However... I received the product and display was very dark. When I contacted the company about this they advised me to go to u tube to use. I did that and it did not work. This review is more about the company than the product. After contacting Amazon they stepped in and I was able to return. I asked for a replacement, not a return, they obviously didn’t understand that. Sooo I did return and it cost me an additional 14.00. I still do not have my Fitbit. I will not order this product again.

So very disappointed in the FitBit Charge 3. Bought one in 2019, and while I like the functions that seem to be accurate, the fact that in less than a year, both the brand new one, and the refurbished one I purchased in 2021 had the screen fail. It starts with fading and lines through the display and eventually it goes completely dark. It still works and you can view the data on the phone app, but what good is it to not be able to access its information directly from the watch. The company I purchased new one from through Amazon did not respond in a timely manner and when they wanted a picture of the failure, I was told I just needed to charge it so I could see the data...NO! The screen is failed and trying to show them did not change their mind and then the 1 year replacement had expired. Amazon was absolutely no help. I foolishly (hindsight is always 20/20) but I tried again with a referbished watch. Ya, nope this one failed in the same manner and of course, once again less than a year and no help was provided. Don't buy a FitBit. I'm in search of a different brand that has better customer service and reliability.

Charges fast and battery lasts for about 4 days depending on use. The display is black and white and looks great. You can get notifications on it if you want and it keeps track of sleep, steps, and workouts. Can’t beat the price and quality.

This does what I need. Gives info on activity, reminds me to move, and several aspects of sleep. I have had O2 problems at night. This tells me if my level dropped during the night. It has one quirk my last one didn’t have. I found it really dim one day. It was charged but dim. Playing with it I found the symbol for settings on the watch. I tapped that and it went bright again.

I got this because my old fitbit died and I needed a replacement. Customer service was good, and the person who helped me went out of his way to help me out (I've heard that fitbit has awful customer service, so that surprised me). My warranty was expired by a month or so already, but the customer service rep offered me a discount on my replacement, which he did not in any way have to do, and I was not expecting it at all. Overall, my experience with the watch has been really good. The only bad part was that one of the ends that attaches to the bands completely broke apart one day. I'm not sure how, as I don't do anything that is high impact that would have damaged it and I don't drop it. My husband had the same problem with his and had found a band that the watch face just slips into, so I didn't have to contact customer service again.

So glad I decided to buy it refurbished. No issues at all, screen is in perfect condition and the sync only took 2 minutes total. I love all the things I can track with it and how accurate it is. I didn’t know how restless I get when I’m asleep until I tracked my sleep. The app can be a little confusing until you get used to it. I don’t like that I can’t create my own workouts like I can with other apps but aside from that it’s a winner.

Item arrived shipped with a sticker, "Certified Refurbished" (Or some such) It does not work. Will not charge properly/hold a charge. No Display. No Owner's Manual included. Does NOT Sync. VERY Disappointing!
