I bought 4 sets of these U-shaped racks for their tight space & simple design. Three of the 4 have all 'melted' into J-shapes. Bars are still rigid but wrong shape. The seller, Zinbo US, hasn't responded to my inquiry notes. Very disappointed in both the product quality and the seller. Wouldn't buy again or refer them.

Overall this product is pretty slick and does its job. I have an inflatable paddleboard weight about 25 lbs that I keep inflated over the summer. Only took about 10 minutes to mount. My only complaint is the quality control. There were some scratches and creases. Returned and they sent me a new one with the same problem. Doesn’t impact the integrity of product. Would recommend for those who want a simple rack to hold your board

Liked the product, but impossible to use a power drill/screwdriver to install the bottom screw because of the design. Once I did get the product installed, it worked well for the price.

I did an extreme amount of research on these, which was silly. I love this rack. It’s super compact and does the job perfect. Sturdy, love the option to have the arms sort or long. Hanging was super easy. The only thing is depending on where you are hanging it in the wall you may need longer screws than what is provided. My garage wall had extra thick sheet rock and then the stud-but nothing $0.15 at hardware store couldn’t easily solve. Totally recommend.

Used it for the storing 2 snowboards (placed on the ceiling). They seem sturdy enough so far, but wish the connector would be stronger (extension that connects to the mount). You only need to apply little force to disconnect the extension.
