Surprisingly these lights appeared dimmer than my stock halogen headlight bulbs. I could barely see anything in the dark. I ended up returning them and purchasing a more expensive pair of Sylvania LED highlight bulbs, from my local auto parts store, that are excellent. In this case, the old adage is true, you get what you pay for.
