I bought one for myself (last purchase was a gift), washed it as instructed with good results, ironed it, and slept on it for a week. It still looks good after a second washing. It's a lovely pillow case--19mm pure silk. The pink is soothing (may be slightly darker in color than the online pillow depending on how you see color). It feels good--nicer than cotton pillow cases and much nicer than polyester satin. It has been cool to cold where I live, so I don't yet know if there will be a problem with the heat of summer. So far, no feeling uncomfortably warmer because of the pillow case. There is a great deal of room in the pillow case from side to side--it's longer than my standard pillow (it hasn't been problematic, though). I wish they weren't so expensive. There's only one case in the package. The gift purchase (last time) I gave this as a gift so don't have knowledge of how it feels. However, my friend tells me only one pillowcase came in the package. I thought it was two. She did say that it was a lovely light green. ... show more

Such a great product for sleep in helping with skin and hair issues. This company is wonderful and has good quality control. They even include a laundry bag for when placing the pillowcase in the washing machine. I also like the feature of the envelop closing, rather than the zippered ones, which invariably rip. I highly recommend this company over some of the suppliers on Amazon (and I have used others in the past). This silk pillowcase is a little higher, but the quality is well worth it. ... show more

Product is fine. Docking stars for the excessive wrapping. It must have cost several dollars just for fancy box and other stuff that was included. It was nicer than the product itself.
