  • Lots of fun!
Got this for my son for Christmas when he was 16 months old because we already had the little people school bus. I love this toy because it is engaging to him as a baby with parts that move, make sounds, doors that open, etc. and as he gets older he can play make believe with the people too. As a parent, I am thrilled with the variety of recorded sounds and short musical snippets it plays. Enough that I dont constantly hear the same 2 phrases on repeat. It also won't let him jam the button repetitively... if a sound is playing it finishes that sound before he can play the next one. I just wish there was some more diversity in the little people sets in general. We live in an ethnically diverse area but the little people sets tend towards only having white kids in them. This is still something I'd buy as a gift because its well made otherwise! ... show more

  • Boring
I bought this for my kids when they were younger. They liked it at first, because it was a new little people playset, but it's kind of plain compared to some of the other playsets. My kids grew bored of this toy VERY quickly, and honestly have not touched it since they first got it. This was a waste of money in my eyes because of that, but it is a cute toy. I just wish it had a little more to it. ... show more

  • Teacher Mom Toy
I honestly bought this toy for myself since I'm a first grade teach and LOVE all things school! My one-year-old loves the school because it has a door he can open to put other toys inside. He also loves pushing the buttons to hear the audio. It makes this teacher mama so proud to see her baby having fun with a school-themed toy! The Little People bus is a fun partner to this toy and makes the set complete. ... show more

  • Lots of Play Value
This was a gift for a 1 year old who has several other Little People playsets he loves. This is a well designed toy and he has played with it daily since he received it a month ago. He especially likes pressing the button to make the see saw move and pushing the water fountain to hear voices and songs. The first set I received had a wrinkled sticker inside. Amazon quickly replaced the set for me. All seemed well with this one, but I now see that an outside sticker is beginning to peel off. This child is not rough with his things and this toy sits on a protected shelf. I took off one star because of the sticker issues. Other than for that, it would be a five star review without question. ... show more

  • Not much to it
A huge fan of the Little People line and I was excited to get this one, however I apparently hyped it up more in my head. There is not much to it really. I have the house that says a lot more things and this one just does not do that. It has a few phrases and there is not much to look at. If you like simple you will love it. Its cute don't get me wrong, it's nearly $30 for the name alone. ... show more

  • Fisher-Price quality you can count on
Truth be told, I was a little disappointed when I opened it because it didn't seem to be as exciting and engaging as I remember FP new toy sets were when my kids were small. But it was certainly well made, colorful, durable for toddler treatment and cute. Then the grandbaby (Toddler) came over to play with it and it was a total hit. He played and played with it as his Daddy had with FP clubhouse when he was small. ... show more

  • Excellent Imagination
Fisher Price makes good toys that can engage in hours of children using their brain to stimulate imagination. This schoolhouse encourages even the very youngest to use what they have seen in real life to create their own pretend scenarios.
