  • AWESOME TUB!!
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
This was such a great purchase I just cant say enough good things about this product. I know, I know, "it's just a plastic tub" but really its more than that and it grows with your child. The sling works great for newborns, you can then transition them into the seat and then into just the tub itself with out the seat insert. It makes it so much easier to bath our daughter and I think she enjoys it much more as well. She looks forward to her baths and gets excited when she knows she is getting in her tub. The 2 accessories work just fine, the orange fish works really well for gently rinsing hair and the blue bottle for sort of "squirting" water in a shower head manner on them. Honestly we dont use them every time because a small plastic cup is just faster. I would also suggest turning the tub upside down once you are done to let it air dry because the way the drain is position it does not drain "perfectly". We prop a wash cloth under the front to help with the drainage but its still not perfect nor a big deal. ... show more

  • Best baby tub!
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
BEST TUB EVER. Buy this tub. The hammock was perfect for the newborn time frame, & the seat under the hammock is awesome. As soon as my little one was sitting up well with support, we started using the seat portion IN the tub. Now she's sitting unassisted & loves to kick & play which I'm a little more at ease aboit because of the little seat. You can remove seat for cleaning & as baby gets bigger, but as of now we still have it in for our almost 8 month old. The spray bottle is perfect for washing her hair & body & the little toys it comes with keep her occupied. I bought this same seat for my nephew & will try to buy this for all the babies in my life. Great price, great quality & long lasting! ... show more

  • Fisher-Price 4-in-1 Sling N Seat Tub- The answer to my newborn baby bath worries!
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
Wow wow wow. I was hesitant to get a tub for my little girl. I thought I would just prop her in the sink or use the cute yet ineffective (for us) Blooming Bath (http://www.bloomingbath.com). Nevertheless, our sink is pretty deep and my little newborn was crunched and unsupported in the Blooming Bath. When the sponge baths ended I knew I needed something that would support her and free up my hands so I could clean her efficiently and not worry about her slipping away from me. The Fisher-Price 4-in-1 Sling N Seat Tub was the answer to all my bathing troubles. The sling is amazing. I sit the tub in our bathtub and fill up the tup and put her in and SAFELY give her a bath. The sling held her safely at 6.9 oz and still supports her well at 12.9. When she starts to support her head more I will remove the sling (easily) and sit her in the support tub, then when she is holding her head I can move to the sit up seat. Finally, when she is bigger, take out the seat and allow her to sit in her little tub. This seat tub is going to last me a long long time. No sure why others have mentioned the annoyance with the draining. Yes, the tub plug is under the seat (maybe not the best spot) but just simply tip the tub and poor the water out. No need to use the tub plug. I also wanted to add how much I love the squeeze bottle! Perfect for hair washing and giving your little one a tiny "shower" of water! Easy to clean, easy to use and SAFE for our precious little ones! Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Very nice, but could use some improvements. May be uncomfortable.
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
Update: 2-4-15. Our boy is 13 months old and still in the 95% for height and weight. We are still using the green insert and there is plenty of room left for him to grow. The green seat insert does a nice job of keeping him seated. We thought he was ready to go without it one night and before we knew it he reached for a toy in the front and ended up face down for a split second. Needless to say the insert is back in there. Additionally, we are less concerned about the hard plastic the tub is made out of now that he is a little older, but still think something a little softer could be used. It also comes with a nice little squirt bottle that we use to rinse the soap off our baby's hair, plus he likes to play with it. Definitely a nice tub that I would still recommend. Original review--- This is a great little tub and I would probably purchase it again. We began using it when our 4 and a half month old outgrew his Puj Tub, which we loved. He is now 7 months old and we have used it in two different configurations. Just for some perspective, our baby is on the long side, 95% for height and 75% for weight. When we first began using it we had him reclined with his back against the small green pad, opposite the green seat. After he began sitting up in it we naturally spun it around and sat him in the green seat. Initially we tried using the tub on bathroom countertop, but it was too much of a hassle filling it with a container. Next we tried the shower and used the hand held wand to fill it, but this was equally difficult due to lack of space, so we ended up placing it in our oversized bathtub and fill it directly from the spigot with the Aqueduck Faucet Extender. We also tried our very large kitchen sink, but it was too small. So after using this for a few months now here is our impression. PROS 1) Multiple configurations allow the tub to grow with your baby 2) It looks good, is lightweight and is easy to clean CONS 1) The tub itself is made from a hard plastic. It has a paper thin pad on one section, but that is basically useless. The seat is hard and does not look comfortable. 2) When using it in the current configuration with our baby sitting in the green seat, it is nearly impossible to wash his bum and front due to the seat post between the legs. To clean his bottom we have to lift him up quickly and for the front we have to force him to lay back so the post is out of the way. If your baby sits up they will hate being forced to recline. When using the tub in the reclined configuration, this issue doesn't exist. As I stated before we would most likely purchase this again, but there is room for improvement. The manufacturer could easy add some type of closed-cell foam to the seat and back of the tub to improve comfort. It would also be neat if the bottom of the seat had a small channel or concavity so that you could slide your hand under there to wash your baby's bottom. ... show more

  • It's actually a pretty good tub to use with an infant
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
It's actually a pretty good tub to use with an infant. It took me a while to decide which one to buy. I'm glad I went with this one. It's simple to use, not expensive. I never used a sling because my baby was never that small and I didn't give baths the first month. By month 2 baby was laying comfortable in it. I do place a hand towel in the tub so that it's softer for the baby and doesn't hurt her toes on the green part (some people complained about that). ... show more
