I can’t believe I’ve not written this before. This is a magnificent device. I’m cursed with hairs on my chin, rather heavy ones on the jaw, and upper lip and so forth. This razor worked great and is easy to travel with, but it's been less than a year since I purchased it and it is already broken. I have cleaned it thoroughly and would always clean the hair out after using it. I also replaced the battery several times to see if that was the issue, but nothing has worked.
