I love these desks. I got one for me and one for my husband. It’s amazing. I love the height adjustments and really appreciate the option to stand and do my work. It also come in handy because my 1 yo usually grabs things off of our desks but now we can lift them to a height that he can’t reach. It’s great! I did a lot of research on trying to find a desk, and it was between this one and one that looked very similar, but had wooden drawers. I decided to go with this one because it was $100 cheaper. And while the wooden drawers would’ve been a great addition, this was the best option for the price. I’m pretty impressed with how much weight discuss can handle and it’s very durable. I work from home and spend over 10 hours in front of my computer. A lot of reviews complain about the drawers. These drawers are flimsy and not made for heavy items, but there are several and handy in all the right places. It would have been nice to have a stronger drawer, but for the price point- they are fine. The best feature about this desk is the ease of use when raising the desk up and down. I really like this desk for my needs. I looked at tons of desks and read reviews till my head hurt-lol. I have a smaller space and needed 2 level desk (zoom on laptop while documenting on monitor) and I don’t like looking off to the side. This is perfect for me. I am a stander and I have an under-desk treadmill so it all comes together perfectly. Check ALL boards before assembling (for blemishes, etc.). We missed one but Amazon took great care of us! My husband assembled and made it look easy…used a few of his own tools (electric screwdriver, wrench, made it easier and faster assembly). First off, I am not new to building or putting things together. I started putting furniture and items together when I was 12 years old. The instructions were not the best at all. A few times I had to stop and really think what would make sense here (just FYI, only photos and numbers, no written instructions). If you have no common sense, don't even attempt to put this puppy together. I would have given this 5 stars BUT I really hate the location of the controls, so much so that I changed the location of my desk and mounted it with different means than what was provided. I feel like the design should be changed to move the controls to the side--I am saying this because I hit my knee on the controls at least seven times the first two days. For those haters out there saying, "Well that is why you raise the desk up" calm down, I know it raises up---however, I like to have the desk at the lowest setting and have my chair under the desk, this is where I am comfortable, but current design prevent that - thus the reason I moved the control panel. I really wish the drawers were made of wood (or composite) and large enough to handle a full size notepad/book. Unfortunately, they do not fit :( I actually removed the bottom drawers so I could put my notebook and journals in them. I needed a desk ASAP and one where I could stand after long hours working, so this will do for now. A few tweaks here and there and this would be a 5-star desk. ... show more
