    • Great table but remember not to screw all the way in to the table

As I was assembling this with my sister, I figured I should point a few things out before anyone starts assembling it: - Two long items contain all the screws, etc. on it, but be cautious as both are numbered starting from the number 1. One distinguishing factor to consider is that one contains a zero before a number (ex: 01,02,...) and the other does not (ex: 1,2,...). I have messed up on the first step already as I was not aware of this. I only later find the other item containing the rest of the screws in another box. - Be careful as not to screw the screws in. specifically when approaching the steps for the motor. I have made this mistake and now there are three holes on top of the table where the motor is underneath. Keep this in mind for screwing anything onto the table. - Make sure you stick the led strip as well as you can. There is one side to mine that keeps falling off and I am considering getting double side tape to fix this. - I don't know if this was in the description and I haven't really seen any reviews regarding the same table as I have purchased, but the little drawers on the table are not made of the same material as the rest. It feels cheap and plastic but does work anyways. This was overall a great standing table and it provides a cozy feeling to a small room. I do recommend it but just be cautious of the above. I do think there are some changes still needed toward the assembly instructions. And this took around 2-3 hours to build for two beginners. ... show more

This desk is amazing. I have lower back issues and my physical therapist told me to get a standing desk. I work from home full time so it the purchase made sense, and also this is pretty cheap compared to others I’ve seen from Costco and Amazon. It’s spacious, the second level puts my monitor at perfect eye level, and it looks really good in my living room! I’ve had it for a few months too and have had no issues. I love the aesthetic of this desk and had wanted an affordable standing desk for ages. I'm not great at assembling things, so this took me a long time to put together. There are two pieces to the main top of the desk: the work surface, and the more narrow part the shelving sits on. The two are meant to be screwed together on the underside but there were no partner holes to do so. I had to have a friend drill another set in order to complete the build. A very stark oversight on the company's side. The LED strip was also not sticky. I could feel the remains of some kind of adhesive but nothing that would actually stay, so I had to hot glue it on. You don't see the strip, though, only the light, so I'm ok with that. Lastly, the drawers are made of pliable "metal" that come in flat sheets you need to fold into the necessary shape. Not what I was expecting but doesn't look terrible. Overall, despite the setbacks, the final product looks good and everything works as it should. ... show more

I’ve been watching this desk for a while. When the price dropped to $239, I couldn’t resist. Delivery was quick. Putting it together was easier than I anticipated. The other reviews were kind of scary, but I was able to put it together by myself in about an hour and a half following the directions step by step. The quality is great for the price. I bought the 48” wide and don’t feel like it’s weak in the middle. The motor is quiet. It’s for 3 saves settings that you can save for your perfect height. Definitely recommend this desk if you want an affordable standing desk. ... show more

EDIT: The company reached out immediately, apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a refund. Fantastic customer service and will definitely buy from again in the future. I wanted to love it but the assembly was a pain and the one key part for this to be great was defective. The rod and the motor did not line up at all. In fact, it looked a bit warped. We got it to finally line up, but realized it still wasn’t great once the whole thing was assembled, plugged in and we used the motor to move the desk up and down. When doing so, there is an incredibly loud ticking noise that isn’t normal for a stand up desk. It’s incredibly infuriating after two hours of assembling this to have it be like this and for how much was paid for it. Definitely a letdown and not sure I’d recommend it with such a key part/feature being defective. ... show more
