Update: 07/26/23 — Customer service did send me a link for a PDF assembly manual. The PDF has errors and misguided directions but with careful thought, prior experience assembling furniture and some frustrations the desk was finally assembled. I really like this desk! It looks great, it seems heavy duty, it’s quiet,, has a great height range, it’s quick to adjust the height, and it has locking wheels which makes it easy to move. I’m glad I didn’t send it back. I’m changing my rating to 4 stars. I really looked forward to the arrival of this desk. I shopped and researched for weeks. This looked to be the best deal under $400 plus it came with high reviews overall — I should have heeded the warnings about assembly and the poorly illustrated instruction manual. Delivery was fast but unfortunately it arrived without instructions whatever. I’m disappointed and dissatisfied with that fact. I searched online for set of instructions to download. The FEZIBO website is terrible to navigate and ended up wasting hours looking online for a pdf for this model. No luck. The video FEZIBO has for assembly is USELESS!!! There is no way of knowing which fasteners are being use at each stage. Poorly thought out. At this point I’ve wasted so much time I just want to cram it all back into the box and sent it back for a refund. My time is worth more to me than adding one more moment of frustration on this desk. Sorry, I am unable to give a full assessment of the product. It’s heavy and feels like it would be every bit as sturdy as the one I saw at Costco (Maybe I should have gotten that one). I will give a rating based on what I know for certain, which is I have a bunch of parts I cannot assemble scattered across my office floor because FEZIBO quality control didn’t ensure my package included instructions.

I bought this in order to use with my walking pad and still use as a normal desk, it is a beautiful desk and has a seamless transition when moving. I have had no issues so far with the lift mechanism. I love that it has both a stationary and wheeled option. When putting it together, had no issues with following the instructions and am amazed by the quality of it. Very sturdy and no issues. The drawers are small but not a deal breaker for me

I needed to not sit all day in front of my computer. After reading lots f reviews, I bought this desk. Assembly wasn’t difficult, but it was time consuming. Give yourself a few hours and a lot of patience. The desk itself functions well, and the design with the drawers and the raised back shelf works really well for my needs. I love that with the push of a button I can have it at sitting height, at standing height, or at treadmill height (I put a treadmill (tread pad?) under it. I’m 5’9, and it easily goes up as high as I need. And can go higher.

Edit: I saw someone else's review about the handles not working with the provided hardware. I also had this issue with two of my handles. I ended up using different screws that were a tad bit longer and they are now, very secure. I've been putting off getting a desk since the pandemic as I live in a small apartment and felt I didn't really have the space; the dining room table was working great until we moved and the dining room table no longer fit. After 8 months of work at this non-functional tiny table, I caved and bought this desk. I wanted a sit/stand with room to store items, tuck away my keyboard and mouse, somehow hide all the wires and one that gave you the option to put on wheels (I WFH full time while watching my 9 mo old full time). This desk is everything I'm looking for. The motor is smooth and fairly quiet when moving, drawers are a tad bit small but it has drawers, unlike some of the others I was looking at. I love that it fits all my work equipment and I was able to hide all the cables under the shelf, where the monitors sit. I just have the power strip hidden there so there is only the one cord leading from my desk. Only small downside is the wheels make the desk taller than average and me being on the shorter side, makes the desk a little too tall to be ergonomically correct for me. I had to raise seat and use a foot rest. Otherwise, I love that I can roll my desk to see my daughter when working or on days my husband is home, I leave it in its little area facing the wall for minimal distractions. I put it together myself in around 2 hrs; hubs helped flip it over. Very sturdy! It does wobble some when standing but nothing that would make me question the stability or knock a star off.

I was excited to receive this desk, however it was more of a headache than it was worth. The desk arrived without an instruction manual, so I decided to use the online PDF, however, the PDF differed from the model slightly and I found myself wasting almost an hour counting parts to figure out which to use where as the manual did not match the amounts and types given. On top of that after assembling for about 3 1/2 hours I found that the top of the desk was damaged with an indent, and a slight scratch. Overall, frustrating experience. Feels sturdy, looks decent, and functions so far. Will update.

This is such a wonderful desk compared to my pervious one. I love the extra storage and being able to set my monitors higher on my desk. Especially love the feature to raise this desk up into a standing desk. Only two complaints: 1. The electonic pad to raise and lower desk is a little glitchy. 2. The desk wobbles profusely when typing on keyboard. So as you are typing, you are watching your whole desk with your monitors shake. So this feels like not a sturdy desk. Time will tell.

I absolutely love this desk. I work from home and need to have some flexibility since I have a hard time sitting all day. The assembly of the desk was at most 2 hours, so not too difficult but a bit time consuming. However, the assembly is beyond worth it for this product.
