So I ordered the platinum grey wig, because it looked silver-white in the photographs (like predominately white, with the silver giving it a nice undertone, almost a shiny feel to the color). The wig arrived yesterday, and it is a very nice wig, I especially like the built in comb things to help it stay in place. The packaging was also really nice! Unfortunately, I think they might of accidentally sent me the wrong color? Either that or the photograph doesn't accurately represent the wig (though they do have 2 darker grey wigs available for purchase, so I could see it going either way). But the wig I received was like, medium grey (significantly darker than in the product photos). I had originally ordered it for a jack frost costume, and thought the platinum grey would look more realistic than a pure white. But the wig I got is just...grey. Like elderly person grey. Much darker than in the supplied photographs. Unfortunately I ordered it too close to Halloween so don't think I have time to return it. So yeah...kinda disappointed. A very nice wig, just not the color I was expecting...

For this to be a synthetic wig, this wig is awesome!! Upon reading different reviews, many were saying it didn't look like right or didn't look like the picture. Listen, YOU have to wear the wig and not let the wig wear you. Straight out the box , yes the wig looked wiggy . You have to customize wig to YOUR liking. The hair is very soft and has volume which to me made it easier for me to trim and razor cut it. It does shed a little but that's to be expected. If you like this wig but you are not good at customizing a wig , take it to your beautician and let them work their magic. For the price, i still say this is a great quality wig. Go get this wig! I assure you won't be disappointed. I posted side views and back view of wig after I customized it. ( I purchased the color platinum white.) I received so many compliments : as a sew in.

Fits nicely but has wat too much hair. The thickness is much more than the picture. The hair was so long that I'd have to cut a lot off. The biggest problem is that the hair comes out of a spot at the top of the head. This makes the top flat with no way of styling it nice. I was a teacher of wig styling and care. This wig really frustrated me.
