I am a side sleeper and I needed a pillow that was going to be soft and supportive. I bought these in July 2019 and as of July 2023 they have officially reached the end of their life as far as I’m concerned. Which, for decently priced pillows, I can’t complain about 4 years of use. I felt like these pillows stayed pretty cool in general and they were supportive enough without being too much. I only use one pillow under my head so keep in mind I was switching pillows every few nights to keep them even as far as wear. This could mean if you use both pillows, they might not last as long. Overall I can’t complain and I did buy a set of replacements recently, and they are still as comfortable as I remember the first set being. Easy to wash and dry, and they usually fluff right back after washing. They didn’t this time so it was time to replace. Definitely recommend! ... show more

I had ordered from this company before and everything was ok but this time one of the pillows had a broken zipper, Amazon contacted the company for me and they did not respond, I emailed them to the email inside the box warranty info and the email returned deliverable which is strange to print an email address on the warranty and then find out it does not work. ... show more
