This is definitely the best pair of shears I have tried. I've paid more money for scissors that didn't fit my hand as well and weren't as sharp. This is the first pair that may actually fit my hand correctly. I love that this kit comes in a nice box with oil, scissors, a holder, and a cleaning cloth. These pair of scissors feel nice and solid they're made of stainless steel. It almost feels like the blades don't touch except for on the tip of the scissors when they're completely closed. They're nice and smooth It feels like they manufacture these things really well and they'll stay sharp for a long time. They have a rubber bumper so when they are completely closed it's not metal to metal. They come with a case and rubber inserts for the finger holes. This is the best feeling pair of shears I have tried. The first pair that may actually fit my hands correctly. My other pairs that are also decent quality are very big for my thumb so my entire thumb fits through. These include a diagram of how these should actually fit on your hand and these fit just as they should. I am able to handle holding a comb and also for the first time able to pull my thumb out and flip the shears over my pinky to use a comb, then flip them back to put my thumb in place for cutting.
