i usually don’t leave reviews but i had to for this. first time i ordered this mirror it came completely shattered which is something to prepare for. i repackaged the mirror, had UPS pick it up the next day and i got a refund about 3 days later. so i tried again and reordered the mirror. i will say this mirror does come pretty quickly however second time around the mirror came completely intact. very easy to set up, perfect size, and multiple lighting and brightness settings. so i would say if you are willing to risk getting a broken mirror to THEN reorder and try again i would say go for it. (another thing to add, i don’t know if it’s just the wiring in my home but sometimes the mirror turns on all by itself.) ... show more

Even tho the 1st mirror I ordered came shattered, I decided to reorder the same thing that very night. I just knew this was the one I wanted. I have to say the 2nd time around I was not disappointed! This thing is wonderful quality and the light features are unbelievable. You are able to change the shades and the intensity. As a bonus I didn't read about it comes with a magnet that attaches to the middle of the mirror to hold your phone. A plus for any makeup wanna be influencer which of course I believe myself to be 😉 ... show more

I bought this for my 17 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it. As a matter of fact, a couple of days ago she said, “Mom, I really love the mirror you bought me, it is Fa”. Not sure what that means, but apparently it’s good. 😊

HOWEVER, I REACHED OUT TO THE MANUFACTOR AND THEY WERE GREAT WITH HELPING ME. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A+++++++. Happy we went the larger sized mirror. My teenage daughter loves it. The makeup fridge on her desk might help you with the scale/size of the mirror. I read reviews about smaller sized mirrors that were too short. This mirror is perfect. Worth the extra $ to get the right size. This one is 30” long and I think 24” h. ... show more
