I mounted the wheels with carriage bolts and lag bolts to an extra piece of 2x4 so they would not catch on the gate. One wheel had the fill valve on the same side as the brake making it almost impossible to add air. Poor quality control! So far they work well and hold up the heavy gates. For $65 you think they would include some bolts! UPDATE: After a few weeks we are very happy with the ruggedness and performance of these wheels. They roll smoothly and do a great job supporting our heavy wooden driveway gates. We had tried the solid plastic wheels but they were too hard and did not work as well as these pneumatic tire wheels. Easily installed, however if putting on wooden gate you will have to go purchase bolts as they are not supplied in the kit. Only U bolt for putting on chain link fencing provided.

I’ve had these wheels on my fence for about 10 months now and they are holding up great! It’s was definitely worth spending the extra money on these since they are so well built. I like that the bolt hardware was included and it was easy to install. The wheels are easy to rotate and move freely.
