5 month update: Wanted to give a quick update now that I’ve owned this ring for 5 months- I am still loving it! It even helped me track my cycles and I can happily say my husband and I are currently expecting our first baby due in February! I haven’t had any glitches or connection issues. The battery is still holding strong too. It now has some slight wear and tear on the bottom side of the ring where the gold is beginning to wear off, but it goes unnoticed when looking at it from the back of my hand. Still think this is a fantastic purchase! Original review: Super happy with my purchase. I was a little skeptical with all the negative reviews but I’ve had my ring for a few weeks now and I can say I am happy with my purchase. I absolutely love the color and look of this ring. You don’t see very many white smart rings on the market. The tracking is accurate and I enjoy the extra content you get within the app. I think this is just as good if not better than more expensive rings on the market! A lot of other rings don’t include cycle tracking without purchase of other apps. Best all in one ring for females!

I wanted to love this ring so bad! It fit nicely and had great insights, however, I ended up returning it. The ring only detected blood oxygen levels the first day. Then it stopped working. The batter was losing 25-30% per day. This means it will NOT last even 5 days. This was a crucial part for me in deciding to return it. Plus it says water resistance 100m, BUT the user manual says to NOT wear it in the pool, shower, bath etc. and its only ok to keep on when washing your hand. So that makes it less useful for me. Other than all that the items that work were accurate.

I was thoroughly enjoying my ring and found it very helpful with tracking and understanding my cycle. However recently my ring would not connect to the app when I woke up and it turned out even though I was going to bed with the ring nearly 100% charged or at 100% charged I would wake up with it at 0%. It’s not even been 5months and the ring is not holding its charge or syncing data. Update: 3/13/26 They resolved my issue and replaced the ring, also took the time to follow-up and make sure the new ring was working correctly.

After two months of consistent nightly wear, the thermometer ring’s BBT tracking feature reports my data as inconsistent—despite wearing the ring every night as instructed. This undermines the entire value proposition. When I compare results to my Apple Watch sleep data, the ring consistently underreports my sleep duration. Most importantly, I’ve been unable to identify an ovulation pattern using this ring, whereas manual BBT tracking with a traditional thermometer over the same period clearly showed my cycle pattern. A device designed to simplify fertility tracking should make detection easier, not harder. For the price point, this isn’t delivering on its core promise. I’m requesting a refund.

loooove this product so much! my femometer has changed the game for me when it comes to tracking my cycle and other health data. it is very easy to use and is so accurate! typically, for biometric rings it is advised to wait at least 60 days after purchase for accurate female data, however, my femometer has been accurate since the very start! that impressed me right off the bat. it holds a charge for up to 4-5 days and then when you put it in the charging case it charges fully within a couple hours! i love how slim the ring is. it is very comfortable and most of the time i barely even notice that i’m wearing it. i love that there is no app subscription. i would 100% recommend this to any woman who wants to track their cycles or even just their sleep/health data.

This ring is comfortable and easy to use with a lovely app that shows you so much information about your body. I love the BBT for tracking ovulation cycles. Now that we are pregnant I also love the information about our baby's growth and development! It is waterproof, the sleep tracking and battery life are great. It has proven to be very accurate as well.

I purchased my first ring back in May. It was working great and I loved it! It tracked everything perfectly, and it tracked everything I wanted. The battery worked fine for a while, then I noticed it needed to be charged almost every other day. In October I noticed a crack along the top of the ring, this was confusing because I was never rough with it. It worked for a few weeks after that and then suddenly stopped working, wouldn’t charge. I reached out and customer service was great and even sent me a replacement. The replacement they sent me came mid November. Within the first week I had trouble with charging. Eventually I fixed it by switching the charging port out with a different one. This worked until December 22nd. I reached out again to customer service after the holidays and they told me there was nothing they could do. They ended up offering me a refund which I took, but if I were being honest.. while this ring does have great features.. looks sleek, tracks everything without a subscription, company has decent customer service despite them being hard to reach.. I’d say save your money and buy the oura. I love the concept of what they’re doing, I just feel like there’s a lot of work to be done to actually get it done right. I feel like if they do that they’ll have a lot of sales. I really wish my ring worked because I did like it and felt like the tracking was accurate.
