had problems with this penis pump the soft silicone sleeve, would keep being sucked into the tube couldn't use the sleeve., The pump would keep coming off the rubber tube. And finally, the plastic nibble on the penis tube broke off making the vacuum pump useless. It was a waste of time and money didn't hold up to the job. Note that this is the first time I have given a bad review!

This is not going to be a "short" review: First, I have been using these types of pumps for more than ten years and I will say that I've gotten extremely good results from them. The "experts" who say these types of devices are useless are simply WRONG. Generally-speaking the brand I use is "COB", and I've modified it as described below to make it work for me. And finally, the COB device has a vacuum gauge, which allows me to pump to a consistent vacuum...and I keep records. With that said, I received this device and have some comments about it as it was delivered: 1) The tube is opaque, which makes it difficult to see what's happening inside the tube; 2) The bulb type vacuum pump is adequate but not great. On my "current" device I've replaced the "as delivered" pump with a brake bleeder" type pump that I bought on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B094CV2KPQ?ie=UTF8&th=1. That works great. I also replaced the hose with similar sized automotive fuel hose, which is MUCH more robust than what comes with it; 3) The "appendage" adaptor is a disaster waiting to happen: It's way too small for even an average man, and it's very thin and absolutely will tear after a few uses. I found a silicon one (also on Amazon): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00725WCL6?ie=UTF8&th=1, that I use on my current device. It's not cheap but I've been using that one for probably ten years now with no problems. I believe that its life will be unlimited. So, what we're left with is the tube itself, with everything else having been replaced with something better. My conclusion is that this device is okay if you want to give it a try and see whether it might work for you. But if you want to get into serious pumping with an eye toward increasing the size of your appendage then look somewhere else and get one with a gauge so that you can pump consistently. And finally, if you want to know more about how to use your device then ask questions and I will do my best to answer them.

What I didn't like was the precut rubber grommet that goes on the entrance side ,,everything else was great after I scissored a larger hole in it,,but every man is different ,,I guess I'm bigger then I give my self credit for ,,try a mirror once in awhile ,,after all this is for pleasing your other half right ? Bonus is ,after some work and an herbal supplement ,,I'm very happy and it helped with late night bladder issues..for the most part it's temporary ,,but maintained once or twice a week and no complaints !

I already owned a pump that my partner and I use together. We both like it a lot. This is the same pump, it just has a few extra attachments/cups that can be used on smaller areas (cl*t or nips). I also own a cupping set we like to use for play as well, this honestly works better than that. It also includes 2 cups that are the larger size. I use the smaller one and it’s still a bit big, but fits. Some kits only come with one size. So in that regard this is better than some other kits for variety.

Overall this pump was very easy to use. The design is simple but effective. The silicone ring was comfortable to use. Size wise this pump fit perfectly. Suction level was good and easy to pump and release. The pump is light weight, and easy to hold. I would recommend, very easy to set up and use, worked great, easy to clean material.

This is a review for "Men's Vacuum Pump Plus Pump Men's Enhanced Growth Pump ABQ4B61 Pen Cup Stable Professional Set Solid Vacuum Pump Home Performance Pump Black" I have been using suction in my erotic play for a long time. I have tried a variety of devices, from really cheap "sucker" toys for things like nipples to expensive mechanical devices that use power. This pump is not at the bottom but it is below average. The positives: - It's cheap - It has a rubber sheath that covers the bottom to help retain the vaccum - It can hold suction for a little while The negatives: - It's cheap - the sheath's hole is very small and might end up choking your penis (I have not tried to cut it to be larger but if you do this cut a tiny bit at a time) - the bulb is stiff and I swear mine has a little leak somewhere - the cylinder is smoky black and so you won't be able to see yourself very well (which most people want to be able to do) If you're curious about pumping you could try this; it's only $10. But I recommend that you don't. I HIGHLY recommend that you invest a little more into it and buy a one of the clear, thick plastic cynlinders with the connector at the top, and a metal hand pump (the kind like a brake bleed) if you can afford it. You can thank me later.
