I love these 2 tiers, been using them for years but suddenly they are everywhere and generally overpriced, so I bought the brown on sale and painted it white. I found the top shelf to be slightly crooked/warped, and I have a huge thing against anything crooked. I was hoping I'd not notice it when I filled it, and that seems to be ok now. Also it didn't sit evenly on its "legs". I added felt pads on 3 of them, and it evened it out. I use it in my bathroom to take up vertical space. Love the tray. It did not come with any instructions. I had to look it up on Amazon to see how to put together. Not as white as I wanted it to be. Slight crack in the bottom tray, not sure if it's just the paint or the actual wood. But I kept it anyway.

This tray seems a little over priced and was a bit more than I would have preferred to pay but the size, shape and color were closest to what I was looking for so I went ahead and bought it. I’ve been pretty happy so far with the amount and size of items I can fit on it. The lip is a little deep so I’ve used Jenga sized blocks to prop up some items so they can be seen better. I’ve added a few pictures of the different ways I’ve decorated it for holidays to show how much it can hold. I love this tiered tray because of its size, appearance, and versatility. I especially love being able to swivel the top two tiers to be able to fit items of various heights depending upon what I want to display. There was a slight defect on one of the levels when I first received it, but when I contacted customer service, they replied almost immediately and helped me resolve the situation right away; their customer service is top notch, one of the many benefits of ordering from a small shop. Love that this is rectangle instead of round like most are. Was very easy to assemble and you can change out the top to different metal colors. A little wobbly if you do not tighten enough.

While it will serve its purpose, it is cheaply made. Not worth the price tag being it is made of the cheapest wood there is. It feels like the trays bottoms could crack under to much load. With that being said, don’t sit heavy items on the top tray. Mix it up with lighter items. I would have expected a harder quality wood. It is a bit wobbly. I will need to glue the centerpieces onto the bases to give it better stability. I wouldn’t buy it again especially at the price. It is more of a $20 item. ... show more
