Decent bolts but the sealer is just too hard. Several bolts reached 30 pounds torque and the heads hadn’t contacted yet. Exactly as I expected. The holes were cleaned and tapped so non issue. Wire brush the “sealer” off and use your own for good torque. Some had SAE designation and some metric but the threads are SAE on all. ... show more

They are head bolts. Order two if you are doing both sides. For the price it’s worth it instead of reusing the old bolts. A lot of reviews say there is thread sealant on the bolts already but the description doesn’t say so. No offense to all of the people who say it’s there (and there is something on the threads) but a statement in the description would go a long way towards peace of mind ... show more

Pefect fit on my chevy SBC block14010207 and heads 462624. I read in other comments that some people broke the lower bolts. I didn't have that issue. Don't use power tools and torque in 3 steps: 25lb 45lb 65lb Note: it does comes with sealant. And you need one set per head. Pura Vida

The media could not be loaded. Read fine print always online needed two sets for engine not one!!! Oh I'm glad only received one. Junk broke first time torque. Don't buy!!!

Being a certified service technician puts you in a bind when it comes to after market parts. 9 times out of ten i will choose a fel pro product over any other after market brand, especially when it comes to saving customers money on a side job. I dont know why some people are having trouble with these bolts. Ive used 4 sets of these and havent had a single problem. My last head swap i used a set of original GM bolts i was given to me by a co-worker and quite honestly they worked and felt the same. Im on my second SBC build so wish me luck and make the right choice ... show more

Great product, fast shipping, only one thing to mention. I'm a little embarrassed yet the word SET means only one side or one head. For both heads you need two sets. I discovered this today when installing the driver side head on my vetted engine.
