I wanted so bad to like these because of the great reviews but since I'm so short i just could not make them work. I am 5'1". The top dug under my breasts and made a little bump in the front where the hooks are. i even tried to unfasten the first two hooks to be able to pull it up more but it just made it uncomfortable. the length also went almost over my knee. I'm sure these are fantastic for those who are taller. The compression was perfect and i really wish this came in a petite size. I had to return them.

For the price you definitely get something that works. It's not going to give you the shape of what a waist trainer will give. But it does snatches your waist a bit. Now I have a long waist and I usually have a hard time finding something that fits my length. But this one works. Only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it keeps sliding down and the sizing is wrong! I can not for the life of me get it to stay still. Keeps sliding down, and while it doesn't slide all the way down. It irritates me that I feel this lump where it slides down. This should of come with something to hold it up for sure. Other than that issue I usually wear it with a waist trainer. I wear this one in the bottom and yes! You have that hour shape body you've always wanted! Material is good, length is fine, and not too tight on the thighs. I'm 5'8, 190lb and the medium worked out pretty good. So size down! I would usually get a large but a medium was perfect.

I absolutely love these I am ordering more. Comfortable enough for every day wear and not just the gym. SQUAT PROOF. I’m 5’6” 180lbs 42-32-44 I ordered a size smaller after reading some reviews and I agree a size smaller is the way to go. The fabric has some stretch to it but it’s not flimsy. Use the sizing chart in the description not in the images.

I am 5'4" with a small pooch. I ordered a size L and the product fits great! I think it would fit great even if I were 5 months pregnant just to give you an idea of how it fits around the belly area. It is REALLY comfortable and I especially like the cell phone pockets on both sides. I was worried that it would be too tight around the thighs, but it isn't too tight at all. While snug, it is not restricting nor uncomfortable in any way. Glad I chose this product and would recommend it.
